Hi Resilient Sunshine!

Thanks for joining me for this mindful walk.

Often we confuse stillness with the ultimate solace for our souls.

But as much as we can be open to finding peace in chaos we can find stillness in movement.

As you find your mind racing through the thousands of tasks and responsibilities on your plate don't try to rush and force yourself to disconnect from them.

It's about connecting with yourself.

Taking a brief moment to do so.

To prioritize and make decisions we need our values to stand strong within our souls.

And getting closer to ourselves is leading us towards more intentional living.

Living with intention is the first step to thrive instead of being locked in survival mode.

So wherever you are take a deep breath in in your own time as you step along your walk.

And breathe out all potential worries of the day.

Each step you take,

Take mindfully.

Greet your feet,

Greet your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Greet your armstring.

Breathe in gratitude for these legs allowing you to move today.

Breathe out the worries from another time other than right now.

Often our mind wanders and it's okay.

We can simply bring it to that second,

To that step,

To that grateful thought.

Breathe in the joy to be alive right now despite all that might seem challenging in your day.

Despite all that might seem to be slightly more difficult or creating certain friction.

Breathe out the tension from your shoulders.

Unlock your jaw,

Soften the muscles of your face.

Unlock the muscles of your hands.

Perhaps you might allow yourself to smile to a stranger today and change the whole course of their day.

Perhaps this is about creating space for you to just be without expectations.

Nothing more,

Just be.

Perhaps this is a moment when you can set an intention for the rest of the day or for the rest of the week.

Breathe in the freedom to do it or not.

Breathe out and exhale the pressure away.

As the day continues to unfold for you,

Take time to thank yourself.

Thank you for showing up.

Thank you for carving this time for yourself.

Thank you for being you with love and resilience.
