Hello wonderful sunshine!
Thank you for joining me for this track today.
We are going to take some time to allow ourselves to feel and process some emotions.
Right so when you are ready I invite you to set yourself in a comfortable position.
So whether it's laying down or seated whatever feels the most comfortable and given to you right now.
Take the time to feel your body in place.
So just setting yourself comfortably and taking some not that deep deep deep breaths but just you know being a little more present with your breathing as it comes in and out.
Being conscious that there is this breath coming in and this breath coming out.
We're gonna begin a round of rocks breathing for four seconds.
I'll invite you to breathe in for four seconds.
Hold it there for four seconds.
Breathe out for four seconds.
And hold it there for four seconds again.
And we'll do that three times for this round.
Right so breathing in for one two three four and hold there four three two one and exhale for one two three four and hold there four three two one.
That's right and in for one two three four and hold four three two one and exhale four three two one and hold there one two three four and inhale again.
Last time with me one two three four and hold it there just a little longer.
One two three four and exhale one two three four and hold there one last time before going back to your normal breathing.
Two one and you can breathe normally again at your own rhythm.
I'm sad with this reading a little longer.
Focusing on your breath coming in and out of your body.
In and out of your body.
In and out at your own rhythm.
Whatever you might be,
Chaos might try to pull you in.
It's okay with whatever noises or movement or whatever can surround you be.
Where it needs to be.
Just like you're told coming in and out of your mind right now.
Notice things are happening.
Notice the air that might touch your skin.
Notice what you can hear in your neighborhood,
In your surrounding.
Notice if there's any smell that's to you right now.
Notice what comes.
Just allow it to be.
Allow yourself to notice right now where you might feel this moment.
What comes up right now?
Where do you feel it?
What is that emotion that come in either with a light touch or as a bubble of emotions overtaking your body?
Whatever it might be,
Whatever strong or soft it might be manifesting itself right now.
Just welcome it.
Welcome it as it is.
Continue however to breathe through it.
Notice all the textures of this feeling.
The dark corners of it.
The light corners of it.
Everything in life comes with its dualities and we are here to welcome.
Welcome it in its entirety.
Stay with it a little and even if it might feel a little heavy.
Try to stay with it a little longer.
Breathe in deeply,
Deeply and wholeheartedly.
This air is still giving to you right now and breathe it out.
Staying with this feeling,
Whatever it might bring to you right now.
Let it be.
Let the smile show,
Let the tears flow,
Whatever it might be.
Let it be.
Breathe through it.
Breathe through it.
Allow yourself to feel.
Be.
Just accept it.
Accept it without even trying to shift it.
You just want to thank this feeling for coming up.
Perhaps it was hidden for a while.
Waiting for the right time to manifest.
Allow it to be and thank it.
I'd like to invite you to bring your hands over your heart.
Gently and slowly if it feels right to you right now.
Just slowly one over the other.
I'd like to thank you.
Thank yourself for giving yourself permission to feel right now whatever you had to feel in this moment.
Take a deep breath in of gratitude for yourself and your feeling.
And a deep breath out.
This feeling is what makes us human.
It's part of being human.
And no matter how uncomfortable we might be to feel sometimes,
It takes a lot of courage to allow ourselves to do so.
It's part of our nature to express.
But it is not always easy.
So thank yourself one last time for allowing yourself to process this moment.
And as you take a final deep breath in and out,
Take your time to gently open your eyes and look around you.
Invite gently movement back in your body.
And as we end this practice,
I'd like to thank you with love and resilience.
Thank you.
