This meditation is an opportunity to let go, to believe in yourself fully, and to nurture a deep sense of peace within. Allow yourself to settle in, find comfort, and take a breath. With each exhale, you’re invited to let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for the light and strength within to shine. Today, we’ll gently journey inward, inviting ourselves to release old stories and step into the fullness of who we are in this very moment. Thank you for being here, just as you are. Let’s begin.

I'm so honored to be meditating with you today.

Before we get started,

Let's take three deep breaths in and out together.

Deep breath in all the way up to your collarbones and sigh out through your mouth.

Two more times.

Deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.

One more time.

Deep breath in and exhale completely.

Take a few moments to create a soft,

Cozy space for yourself.

A true nest of comfort.

Surround yourself with blankets,

Pillows,

Whatever brings you warmth.

Let this space hold you.

When you're ready,

Find a position where you can relax completely.

Your eyes can be open or gently closed.

Whatever feels best for you in this moment.

Settle in.

Let's begin.

Let's begin by turning awareness to the breath.

There's no need to change your breath.

Just notice.

Feel the breath as it moves through your body.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Give yourself time to settle,

Watching every breath for 10 cycles,

Simply being with what is.

Now let's begin to deepen the breath.

Slowly take a deep,

Nourishing breath in.

Feel how it fills your body.

Exhale fully and release.

Let the breath flow effortlessly,

Perhaps allowing your eyes to close softly,

Inviting even more relaxation with each inhale.

There's nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

Just breathe.

Each exhale helps release tension,

Stress,

Allowing you to settle deeper into relaxation.

Imagine now,

What if you believed in yourself?

Each day,

We face a choice.

We can carry the weight of the world.

We can carry the weight of what feels wrong or unfair.

Or we can let those thoughts go,

Returning again and again to this present moment.

It may feel unfamiliar,

Maybe even overwhelming.

But here,

Now,

We have the power to choose.

All that has happened before this moment is in the past.

It's our choice whether we hold on to that pain or gently let it go.

What if?

What if we saw this moment as a chance to plant one foot firmly in the present?

Often,

Fear keeps us clinging to the past,

Fear of losing our identity,

Of not recognizing ourselves.

But what if you could believe in yourself?

What if you could let go of the tension,

The old stories,

And bring all your awareness into this moment,

This breath?

Deep breath in.

Gently exhale.

Now,

Ask yourself,

Who do I want to be in this moment?

Who do I want to be in this moment?

Let this question echo softly within your heart.

Who do I want to be in this moment?

Notice what rises within you without forcing it.

Trust your inner wisdom.

You alone,

You alone hold the answers.

If any responses come from past versions of yourself,

Give yourself permission to have them drift away,

Like leaves floating down a river.

Inhale deeply,

And on the exhale,

Feel these thoughts of past selves.

Release.

Watch them float away,

Creating space for who you are becoming.

Remember the question,

Who do I want to be in this moment?

Deep breath in.

Exhale softly,

Release.

Bring all of your awareness now to your heart center.

Place your right hand on your belly,

And your left hand on your heart.

Breathe into this space,

Letting your heart fill with light,

With kindness,

And with love.

With each breath in,

Feel an expansion of warmth and light in your heart.

Each exhale releases what no longer serves you.

Old identities.

Old stories.

What if?

What if you truly believed in yourself?

If you released these past versions of you and stood strong in the potential of who you are right now?

Breathe in deeply,

Bringing awareness to your body.

And as you exhale,

Feel any remaining tension drift away.

Now let's bring a loving-kindness mantra to guide your heart and mind.

Inhale through your heart center,

And exhale through your heart center.

I believe in myself.

I believe in myself.

I believe in myself.

Feel this affirmation flow through you,

Filling every cell with confidence and light.

Notice the warmth within you growing brighter.

With each breath,

Feel your heart swell with self-compassion,

Love,

Strength,

And possibility.

Feel the hope in this moment.

Feel the freedom of letting go.

Feel the strength in your confidence.

Notice the optimism in your potential.

Breathe in and out of your heart center.

Imagine,

Right now,

You believe in yourself fully.

Let's use this affirmation every day for the next 60 days.

I believe in myself.

I am safe.

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I am loved.

I believe in myself.

I am safe.

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I am loved.

Allow yourself to simply receive these words without force,

Letting them gently sink in.

I believe in myself.

I am safe.

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I am loved.

Let's settle here in silence for two minutes.

Keep repeating these affirmations to yourself.

I believe in myself.

I believe in myself.

Slowly,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a deep,

Full breath in,

And release it through your mouth completely.

Once more,

Breathing in deeply,

And exhale,

Let it go fully.

To close our time together,

Take one final deep breath in,

And release it with an audible sigh.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes softly,

And place your hands over your heart center,

Taking a moment to feel this warmth within you.

Gently remind yourself,

I believe in myself.

Wishing you peace,

Strength,

And love.

Remember,

You are safe,

You are strong,

You are healthy,

And you are loved.

I believe in you.
