Take a moment now to pause,

To land,

To arrive into yourself.

Whether this day has just begun or is already in full swing,

This is your space to reset,

To soften,

To shift.

Sit or lie comfortably.

Let your hands rest gently on your body,

Maybe one hand on your belly and one on your heart,

Or both hands resting on your lap.

Close your eyes if you haven't already and breathe.

Right here,

Right now,

Breathe.

Let your next inhale be a little fuller than the one before and your exhale just a little longer.

Do it again.

Inhale deeply,

Gathering all the tightness,

All the noise,

Exhale and let it go.

Feel your breath sweep through you like a breeze through an open window,

Clearing,

Softening,

Making space.

You don't have to fix anything right now.

The invitation is to be with yourself,

With kindness,

With curiosity and with your breath.

Inhale all awareness to your inhale,

Exhale all awareness to your exhale.

Again,

Inhale all awareness to your inhale,

Exhale all awareness to your exhale.

Gently scan your body now,

Beginning at the crown of your head.

Move down your face,

Let your eyebrows relax,

Unclench your jaw,

Feel into your neck and your shoulders,

Invite them to drop.

Continue down your chest and arms,

Through your belly,

Hips,

Legs and all the way down to your toes.

Where is your energy sitting today?

Where is it tight or restricted?

Where does your energy want to move?

There's no need to judge or force.

Just notice.

Where is your energy sitting today?

Now let's begin a breath rhythm to reset and rise.

This breath is simple but powerful.

We'll use it to invite lightness and energy in.

Gently breathe in for a count of four.

Hold at the top for four.

Exhale for six.

Inhale for four.

Hold for four.

Exhale for six.

Again,

Inhale for four.

Hold for four.

Exhale for six.

Continue with that pattern.

As you inhale for four,

Draw in vitality.

Hold,

Let it expand within you like a bright sunshine.

As you exhale for six,

Let go of what no longer serves you.

You inhale,

Drawing in vitality.

As you hold,

Let that vitality move through you and expand.

Exhale,

Let go of what no longer serves you.

Do that two more rounds of breath.

Let your breath return to its own natural rhythm.

Feel the subtle shift in your system.

A loosening,

A lightening,

A turning toward possibility.

You are not stuck.

You are simply in transition.

Bring your awareness to your center,

Your solar plexus.

Right below your ribs.

Imagine the color of bright yellow.

This is your inner fire.

Your seat of confidence,

Clarity,

And courage.

Breathe into the space.

Feel your solar plexus expand as you breathe in.

Feel it warm as you breathe out.

Breathe in and out of this space.

Keeping your awareness on your solar plexus.

Gently repeat these words in your heart or out loud.

I am allowed to begin again.

I choose to shift.

Energy is always available to me.

I rise in my own time,

In my own way.

Feel your own energy begin to circulate.

Not as a push,

But as a gentle rising.

Like sunlight warming the earth.

Like sap rising in spring.

You don't need to do it all.

You just need to take the next breath.

The next step.

The next small move.

Now,

With your eyes still closed,

Imagine this.

You are standing barefoot on soft earth.

The sun is rising just beyond the horizon.

With every moment,

The sky shifts from a deep blue to a warm golden red.

You feel that sunlight touch your skin.

It fills you with warmth,

With clarity,

With a quiet joy.

Feel that in your body.

Feel the warmth.

Feel the clarity.

And feel the quiet,

Emerging joy.

The light moves up from your feet,

Up your legs,

Your spine,

Into your heart,

And up through your head.

You are lit from within.

You are not behind.

You are not broken.

You are waking up.

From this place,

You'll begin to move forward,

Not with force,

But with freedom.

One step at a time.

One breath at a time.

You are the reset.

You are the rise.

Let's come back to the body now with intention.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Roll your shoulders.

And gently sway or stretch whatever your body is asking for today.

Feel your body awaken.

Soft and strong.

Rooted and rising.

Take one more deep breath in.

Exhale fully.

And as you move into the rest of your day,

Carry this with you.

I always have the power to reset.

I always have permission to rise.

I am energy.

I am light.

I am infinite possibility.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and step into the rest of your day with softness,

Courage,

And a little bit of midlife magic.
