This moment,

Right here,

This is your threshold.

Not the past,

Not the plan,

But the now,

A breath,

A pause,

A choice.

Let yourself linger here in this soft in-between space,

Where you've been begins to loosen and who you're becoming starts to rise.

There's no need to rush.

There's no need to know where you're going.

Today I'd like you to let your breath be your guide.

Inhale slowly,

Gently,

Exhale and release as if you are laying something down.

Again,

Inhale slowly,

Gently,

Exhale as if you are laying something down.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your body begin to surrender into the support beneath you.

You don't have to try.

You don't have to hold it all.

This space is for you.

For your exhale.

For your unfolding.

For your remembering.

Let yourself arrive in stillness.

Bring your awareness to the rhythm of your breath,

Noticing,

Not fixing.

Let your breath be soft.

Let it be natural.

Get comfortable.

Settle in.

Now gently bring your attention to the crown of your head and begin a journey through your body,

Noticing,

Sensing,

Honoring.

Your forehead,

Release any tension.

The space between your eyebrows,

Soft.

Your eyes,

Resting deeply.

Slowly move your awareness to your cheeks,

To your jaw,

Relax and open.

Tongue is resting gently in your mouth.

Deep breath in and as you exhale,

Relax your whole face.

Move awareness to your throat,

The place of your voice,

Of your truth.

Let it be spacious,

Open and curious.

You don't have to speak here,

Just be.

Now,

Feel your shoulders,

Let them drop away from your ears.

Feel your arms resting,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Palms,

Fingers.

Let every part of your arms feel heavy and relaxed.

Deep breath in and as you exhale,

Relax your arms completely.

Shift your awareness to your chest.

Notice the rise and fall with your inhale and exhale.

This is the quiet rhythm of your becoming.

Beneath the surface,

Your heart beats,

Steady,

Strong.

Let your breath meet your heart.

Now,

Move your awareness into your belly.

Soften here.

Let go of any gripping or holding.

Trust the knowing that resides deep within you,

The quiet wisdom that is often overlooked.

Move your awareness to your hips,

Steady like the earth.

Let your hips sink,

Let them settle and relax.

Deep breath in and as you exhale,

Relax your shoulders,

Arms,

Belly and hips.

Soften into the surface beneath you.

Now bring your attention to your legs,

Relax your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your ankles.

Feel the weight of your legs,

Your heels,

The tops of your feet,

The bottoms of your feet,

Heavy,

Grounded,

Still.

Now,

Hold your entire body in your awareness,

From head to toe,

Bathed in breath,

Wrapped in stillness,

Held in becoming.

Deep breath in,

Full body awareness.

Exhale full body relaxation.

Imagine now that you are wrapped in a cocoon,

Not tight,

Not confining,

But safe,

Sacred,

Protective.

This cocoon was formed from all you've been,

The choices,

The experiences,

The seasons of your life.

It's not a cage,

It is an opportunity and an invitation for change.

And deep within you,

Something is stirring,

Something ancient,

Something wild,

Something true.

You feel a hum in your chest,

The subtle pulse of transformation.

You don't need to do anything,

Only allow it.

Repeat softly in your mind,

I trust the process,

I am ready,

I am becoming.

Feel those words land in your body,

Not as a mantra to force,

But as a remembering.

Begin to notice what you've outgrown,

Beliefs,

Expectations,

Roles.

Feel the weight of them without judgment.

Ask yourself gently,

What am I ready to release?

What am I ready to release?

Inhale and exhale,

Feeling those words move through your body,

Listening to the glimmers of wisdom that speak to you,

That answer you softly.

Ask yourself gently,

What am I ready to grow into?

What am I ready to grow into?

Let the answers come as images,

Sensations or feelings,

No pressure,

No perfection,

Just gentle listening.

You may feel uncomfortable,

That is ok,

Discomfort often shows up right before change and transformation.

Repeat out loud or silently,

I let go of what I cannot control,

I turn towards what I can.

I let go of what I cannot control,

I turn towards what I can.

You can control your breath,

Your presence,

Your willingness to be curious.

You are not stuck,

You are emerging.

Now imagine the cocoon around you beginning to thin,

Light finds its way in and your edges begin to glow.

You are expanding,

Not into someone else,

But into the truth,

The power of you.

You are not behind,

You are not broken.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

Breathe in and feel the space that you are creating within you and exhale,

Clear out anything that is not serving you.

Two more,

Inhale,

Space,

Exhale,

Release.

You don't need a plan for change and for transformation,

You only need to be present.

This breath,

This stillness,

This spark.

You are powerful.

You are transforming and you are enough.

Bring your awareness back to the body,

To this container that holds your becoming.

You can awaken your body gently,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

If it feels good,

Stretch or sway.

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Feel the steady rhythm beneath both hands,

The quiet strength within you.

Whisper to yourself,

I trust myself,

I trust this unfolding.

As you gently open your eyes,

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Notice what's softened,

What's shifted.

You've just created space for possibility,

For curiosity.

You've created this with stillness and surrender.

Thank you for showing up for your journey.

Keep trusting the process,

You are emerging.

Be curious about the possibilities that unfold in front of you.

Thank you for allowing me to be on this step of your journey today.

Be well.

Until next time.
