Take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle into stillness,

Wherever you are,

However you are.

Close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.

Let your breath be your anchor.

Inhale slowly through your nose.

Exhale gently through your mouth.

Let it go.

Feel the weight of your body being held by the earth,

By your chair,

By this moment.

You are supported.

With your next inhale,

Draw in a sense of calm.

With your exhale,

Release the tightness,

The tension,

The noise.

Again,

Inhale peace.

Exhale,

Release.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your belly breathe.

There is nowhere to be but here.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to do.

Just this breath.

Just this moment.

Whisper softly to yourself,

I am here.

I am safe.

I am home.

Let these words echo in your body like a soft lullaby.

Feel your breath deepen.

Your energy settle.

Your nervous system begin to unwind.

You are not left behind.

You are not too much or too little.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Take one more deep nourishing breath in,

And slowly,

Slowly exhale.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this calm with you as you move back into your day.

You've just remembered your center.
