Greetings and welcome to today's meditation,
Rise Up,
Calling Back Your Light.
I invite you to take a deep breath in,
Let your breath arrive like a trusted friend,
Not like an assignment.
Notice the support beneath you,
A chair,
A bed,
The floor,
Or the earth.
Let gravity do what it does.
Allow your system to feel.
I don't have to hold everything alone.
Now inside,
See if there's any part that's unsure about this meditation,
Any protector that's watching closely.
If so,
Welcome them.
Acknowledge them.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for protecting.
You don't have to leave.
You don't have to agree.
You can simply witness.
And if any part needs this to be smaller,
Make it smaller.
We can work with microdoses.
One percent.
One breath.
One inch forward.
Now invite self-energy,
Even a spark of it.
A spark of curiosity.
A spark of compassion.
A spark of courage.
A spark of calm.
This isn't about perfection.
And it's not about,
I must fix it.
It's about inviting in a little bit more of your presence.
A little bit more than what existed before.
And from this presence,
Speak gently inward.
I am allowed to return.
I am allowed to come back to myself.
I am allowed to gather what is mine.
Now imagine your life force like a light.
Soft.
Intelligent.
A light that is moving through you.
Not rushing.
Not desperate to rip things out.
Not dismantling.
But it's just noticing what belongs.
Let this light travel down through your face,
Through your throat,
To your chest,
Into your ribs,
Into your belly,
Into your hips.
And now into those places that store history.
Your history.
Into your bones.
Into your marrow.
Into the quiet chambers where old words still echo.
And if it feels okay,
Whisper.
Every name I was called that was not true,
I release it.
Every label that tried to shrink me,
I release it.
Every gaze that turned me into an object,
I release it.
Now picture this.
Across the time of your life,
Across your timeline,
There are moments where pieces of you were left.
They were left behind.
In a classroom.
In a relationship.
In a family system.
In a betrayal.
In a rejection.
In the silence that should have been protection.
We are not going back to relive it.
We're going back to retrieve.
Choose one moment.
Only one moment.
Where your younger part could have used support.
And if no images come,
That's okay.
Invite your system to choose something that's mild.
Imagine yourself being with your younger part.
As if your presence has many arms of care.
Many ways of holding.
Many ways of keeping your part safe.
Ask inwardly.
What do you need right now?
What do you want me to know?
What would make this easier?
And if the part answers,
Beautiful.
If it doesn't,
That is also beautiful.
You can simply say,
I see you.
I believe you.
You make sense to me.
And I'm here now.
And if your part is willing,
And if you are able,
You can now have a do-over.
Offer your younger part a doorway to a safer place and time of their choosing.
They may choose the beach,
A field,
Your grandmother's kitchen,
A tree,
A sanctuary.
No matter what it is,
Allow them to choose.
And as they step forward,
As they go toward that safer place,
Invite them to consider this.
You don't have to stay in the harm.
You don't have to keep holding that moment.
You get to live forward with me.
And just notice how they take that in.
Let them know that they can take their time and that you'll wait.
And you can share with them if it feels well to do so.
That they can also have an energy retrieval.
They can take all the energy that was siphoned from them,
That was drained,
That was taken.
They can take it.
See how they respond to that.
Picture any energy that you left with people who hurt you.
The energy of your attention,
The energy of your tenderness,
The energy of your confidence,
Your voice,
Your innocence,
Your trust.
See them all as threads of light.
And now,
Without aggression,
Without pleading or begging,
Speak this truth.
What is mine returns to me,
Cleansed,
Restored,
And blessed.
What is not mine returns to its rightful owner or to the elements for transformation.
Notice how that feels.
Notice how your parts respond to that.
Let the air take what needs to be dispersed.
Let water wash what needs to be cleansed.
Let fire burn what was never meant to live in you.
Let earth compost what can become wisdom.
Let light seal what is yours in wholeness.
Feel it.
Maybe as warmth,
As tingles,
As your breath,
Or as simple calm.
And if you feel nothing,
That's still okay.
It's okay.
Your system may be working quietly,
And that is welcome.
Now check inside.
Is there a protector worried that if you retrieve your power,
You'll be harmed again?
If so,
Acknowledge them.
That makes sense.
Thank you for sharing that with me.
We will go slowly.
We will use boundaries.
I will not throw you away.
I hear the wisdom in your concern.
Just take in what you can,
And that's enough.
We welcome microdoses.
Take in one more final breath,
And speak this like a vow.
I rise,
Not because I was never hurt,
But because I refuse to disappear.
I rise with my story in my bones.
I rise with my light in my marrow.
I rise with my younger ones in safety.
I rise,
And I return.
Let your next inhale be a homecoming,
And your next exhale be a release.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes,
Bringing this return with you.
Thank you so much for joining in today's meditation.
Rise up,
Calling back your light.
Bye-bye for now.
