Greetings and welcome to today's meditation.

Light in the womb.

Make yourself comfortable.

You may choose to lie down or sit with your back supported.

Rest your hands where they feel natural,

Comfortable,

At ease.

If you like,

Softly close your eyes or let your gaze rest downward.

Take in a breath and let it out slowly,

Gently.

Let's take three slow breaths together.

Inhale for four.

You gently hold for one.

And exhale for six.

Let's do that again.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Once more,

At your own pace.

Imagine yourself as a small being in the womb.

A space of darkness,

Warmth and rhythm.

Hear the quiet hum of life all around you.

In your chest.

In your belly.

Tune into it.

Now imagine a soft seed of light begins to glow from within.

With every inhale,

The seed grows brighter.

With every exhale,

It settles into you.

The light spreads throughout your tiny body.

And then outward.

Filling the womb.

Wrapping you in a cocoon of safety.

Now speak the truth into this sacred space.

Whisper silently or state it boldly aloud.

I am not broken.

I am worthy.

I have always been worthy of acceptance.

Of love.

Of care.

Of kindness.

Because I am me.

Allow that truth to settle in.

Feel these words sink into your nervous system.

Into your cells.

Into your bones.

Into the very fabric of your being.

Allow the light to hold them for you.

Allow the light to hold them with you.

Notice how it feels to be held in this light.

Sense the capsule of protection all around you.

Protecting your growth.

Protecting your being.

Protecting you.

Keeping you safe from what is not true.

Breathe these words in.

I am worthy.

And exhale what is not true.

Inhale.

I am worthy.

And exhale what's trying to stand against that truth.

Let's do it two more times.

Inhale.

I am worthy.

And exhale what is not true about you.

One more time.

I am worthy.

And exhale what is trying to stand against.

Now gently expand your awareness to your body right here,

Right now.

In this moment.

Just feel it.

Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

And just release gratitude for your body.

For your nervous system.

For going with you on this journey.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes slowly,

Softly,

Gently.

This is your rebirth.

This is your rebirth.

It's your new beginning.

It is your allowing.

The lightning,

The womb.

To keep you safe.

To hold you.

To protect you.

To share the truth that you have always been worthy.

That you are not broken.

And you are worthy of acceptance,

Love,

Kindness,

And care.

You have always been worthy of it.

Because you are you.
