Welcome to the Intuitive Hour with psychic medium,

Author,

And intuitive life coach,

Michelle Beltran.

The Intuitive Hour will empower you to learn how to magnify your intuitive voice.

Listen in and expand your understanding of what it means to be psychic,

And how to awaken,

Amplify,

And trust your inner voice.

Welcome to this total body relaxation for sleep meditation.

Allow yourself to be in a comfortable position where you'll not be disturbed.

You can listen to this meditation at any time,

Be it in the day when you can catch a break,

Or at night when you're ready to float off into a long night's sleep.

Take a large,

Deep breath,

Pulling in as much air as you can,

And then just let it go.

Allow yourself another full and beautiful breath,

Letting it go without pushing the air out too hard.

Take one more breath in,

Do so at your own pace,

A full breath,

Holding it for a moment,

And let the air go.

Nice.

Taking a few breaths whenever you're ready to rest is now your priority.

Begin to focus on your right palm.

Relax your right palm and hand.

Relax each finger one by one.

Relax your wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow.

Relax your right bicep,

And entire upper arms.

Move into your right shoulder and down your right hip,

Relaxing it too.

You relax your right leg all the way down to your right ankle and foot.

Each toe on your right foot slowly lets go completely,

Releasing all tension.

Just relaxing.

Bring your awareness up now to the right side of your neck,

Relaxing it as well.

You might hear some sounds.

Allow those sounds you hear to feel like tiny waves of relaxation going into your right ear.

The entire right side of your head fully releasing and relaxing now.

Your right brain relaxes,

Allowing creativity to be fully accessible.

Your entire right side is fully calm and relaxed.

Sleep is easy for you when you feel this relaxed.

Good.

Begin to focus on your left palm now.

Relax your left palm and hand.

Each finger one by one.

Release and relax.

Your left wrist,

Your forearm,

And your elbow.

Release every cell in these areas.

Moving to your left bicep and upper arms.

Relax these muscles.

Just let them melt.

Your left shoulder now releases and down to your left hip.

Relaxing this space as well.

Relax your left leg now all the way down to your right ankle and foot.

Each toe on your left foot slowly letting go completely.

It's effortless.

Your body works with you.

When you ask it to release and relax,

It does so effortlessly.

Bring your awareness now to the left side of your neck.

Breathing out tension.

Relaxing this space.

Giving thanks to our body,

Right and left,

For all its work and guidance and help.

Giving it time now to just release and be.

Are there any sounds that you hear from the left side and ear?

They feel like tiny waves of relaxation going into your left ear.

The entire side of your head fully relaxes now.

Your left brain relaxes.

Allowing rationality to be fully accessible.

The entire left side of your body is fully calm.

All tension released.

This makes you feel closer to falling asleep.

This allows you to bring sleep to your space.

Very good.

Now,

Taking your awareness,

Starting with the back of your head,

Just allow the weight of the back of your head to generate relaxation.

Imagine it melting into the pillow or the surface below.

The back of your neck relaxes.

Your shoulders and shoulder blades release fully.

Your entire upper back now.

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Being present in this moment as if it's melting to the earth beneath you.

Your spine,

Starting from the neck,

Go there now.

Slowly going down bone by bone,

Releasing.

Giving this time to you and your body.

Your nervous system that runs through your spine is appreciating this time and honor you're giving it to release and be.

There are 33 bones in your spine and each one is relaxing one by one more as you settle into this sleep space.

Your lower back,

It too.

Releasing as it presses against the surface you're lying on.

Your hips,

Pelvis and glutes relax along with it.

The releasing travels down the back of your legs all the way down to your ankles.

This makes you feel so sleepy.

Allow for your body to adjust to anything it sees it needs.

Let your body have complete freedom from thought to heal what needs to be healed or activate what needs to activate or rest what needs to rest.

Your body will do exactly as it needs now.

Without your conscious effort or even your suggestion.

This is the natural state of your body when you allow the mind to step away from it.

When your mind gets out of the way,

Your body can take charge in miraculous ways.

Changing hormones,

Chemicals,

Frequencies,

The very structure of each cell.

This is what sleep and rest are for.

Sleeping fully allows for our mind to let go of the body so that it can regenerate.

Just allow your body to do what it does best.

Rest and sleep.

We're going to go through one more focus scan on the front of our bodies as we fall into sleep and rest.

This process helping us to feel sleepy and gently fall into a natural sleep space.

Starting at your forehead.

Many of us hold tension in our foreheads unknowingly.

We do so in our jaw as well.

So begin by allowing your forehead to just melt away.

Allowing wrinkles to flatten.

Muscles to relax.

This also relaxes the frontal cortex of the brain.

The place of creative formulation.

Relax your eyes now.

Notice they are making tiny movements.

These movements are called rapid eye movement which allow you to relax even more.

Give attention to your nose and how the air passes through and allow this flow to relax you.

Release tension in your mouth,

Even your tongue and your jaw.

Moving down,

Relax your throat.

Going down further,

Relax your lungs and your heart.

Release any tension that may be presenting in your ribs and stomach.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

You may not feel your internal vital organs,

But they hear you when you ask them to release.

Your liver,

Your pancreas,

Spleen and kidneys.

Your entire digestive system just releases right along with you.

Your reproductive organs completely let go.

The tops of your legs.

Relax them now all the way down to the tops of your feet.

Like warm honey oozing down through your legs to your feet.

Enveloping every muscle and cell.

Every single part of your body is so relaxed right now.

Just enjoy this feeling for some time.

Be present for as long as you need now.

Now,

You are going to relax your body one more time,

But in a different way.

A fully relaxed body makes sleep come easily and effortlessly.

Make a fist with both of your hands and squeeze as hard as you can for 5 seconds.

Begin now,

Then let go completely.

This is called tensing.

Tense your entire arms now,

Flexing every muscle in your arm for 5 whole seconds.

And release completely.

Now,

We'll do the same with your chest and abs.

As much as you can,

Holding the tenseness for an entire 5 seconds.

And relax your chest and abs.

Find tension in your pelvis and hips and reproductive organs.

Holding that tension for 5 seconds now.

And relax this area.

Moving to your legs.

Create tension there as much as you can in both legs.

Perfect.

And release.

And lastly,

Tension to your feet as much as you can now.

Hold it 2,

3,

4,

5.

And relax your feet.

Good.

By doing this,

You activate and then deactivate each muscle in your body,

Causing a continuous relaxation.

Now,

Just stop doing anything at all.

Don't flex or relax a thing.

Don't activate or rest any area.

Just allow yourself to be,

For your body to adjust to anything it needs to now.

Your body has complete freedom from thought.

Just rest.

Listen to your body.

And let it do whatever it needs to now.

This is the natural state of your body.

Because you have allowed your mind to step away from it.

This is what sleep and rest are for.

Sleeping fully allows for our mind to let go of the body so that it can regenerate.

Allow to nap now.

To sleep.

To rest.

However long you feel you need to.

Allow your body to do now what it does best.

To rest.
