Listen to this Guided Meditation to cultivate inner peace, freedom from our past, and a deeper sense of love and calm. If you are anxious, worried, and hold tension in the body-mind. this guided meditation will benefit you. It also uses NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and has guided affirmations to strengthen our ability to be resilient. It is recommended to listen to it in a quiet place, outside preferably, and bring a journal and pen for afterwards.

Guide a meditation to transform fears into freedom in the body.
Lay down in a comfortable position where you can feel your body expanding.
Fear is contraction.
Freedom is elongation.
We're going to spend some time cultivating a more open and receptive body,
Mind and heart.
Many of us have experienced challenges in our childhood or even in our generations that cause us to learn patterns of holding in the body.
Repeat after me.
I'm open to being free in my body,
Mind and energy.
I'm open to being free in my mind,
Body and energy.
I am ready,
Willing and able to experience a life full of freedom.
I am ready,
Willing and able to experience a life full of freedom in my body.
I choose to feel free in my body.
Breathe that in.
I choose to feel free in my body.
Allow the breath to fill you up with all of these messages we've just given our body and our mind.
Inhale deeply.
Open up your arms and legs.
Freedom.
Expansion.
Lightness.
Ease.
Breathe that in.
Freedom.
Expansion.
Lightness.
Stretch your arms and legs out even more.
Separate your ten toes and ten fingers and feel this expansiveness,
This new you that is awakening right now.
All the cells of freedom,
Ease and lightness are being awakened.
We are living heaven on earth.
Nature loves us.
We get to reinforce the truth in this meditation now.
Our nature is to be loved.
Our nature is to connect with each other.
Our nature is for us to care for one another and for our earth.
Breathe in this feeling of caring,
Of kindness,
Of love.
Feel a world that is primarily in peace.
Feel and create right now the feelings of a body,
A mind within you that radiates peace.
Regardless of what's happened in your past,
Wherever we place the focus,
We create more of that experience.
Allow yourself to feel what it would feel like if you already felt peaceful,
Caring and kind within.
Witness however your sensations are arising.
Some of what I say you may not believe.
Maybe there's a lot of reasons to think differently.
Of course there is.
I'm using principles of science based on the hormone of love.
Are you ready,
Willing and able to trust in your own innate ability to produce this love hormone?
If you'd like to be more open to deep and profound transformation,
Which is what amplifying the love hormone does to us,
Just say yes.

I'm open to all the unexpected miracles of amplifying my love hormone now.
I choose to be open to rapid quantum expansion of love within me now.
I'm free to amplify the love hormone within me now.
Deep breath in.
Exhale the past.
Inhale these new beginnings,
These new ways of thinking and feeling and vibrating.
For how you feel is how you attract.
And if you stay focused on bringing in more love,
Breathe that in.
Love.
Acceptance.
Acceptance of yourself in the past.

Breathe in the feeling of inner peace and acceptance now.
Imagine that you already have forgiven yourself for everything in the past.
Anything you've ever done or has been done to you.
Imagine you are free of the past in every single cell of your body.
Inhale that feeling of what it would feel like to be completely free of the past.
It no longer weighs you down.
Your nervous system is peaceful and calm now.

Open up your arms and legs even more and feel yourself open to all of these new ways of thinking and feeling that support you to be free.

Do I feel more free and open to quantum healing and transformation now?

Some of us are so used to this habit of suffering,
Of being tense and tight in lack.
Yet our nature is to be abundant,
To be connected.

What am I carrying in my body that is related to fear?
Notice what arises.
What is my greatest fear?
I'm open to shining light on everything that I suppress and avoid.
Shining light on what we avoid is a way of transforming,
Is a way of healing,
Integrating,
Enlightening yourself.
What do you avoid?
What are your greatest fears,
Avoidances?
What are you ashamed of?
What have you not forgiven?
What is it about yourself that you hide from others?
That you're ashamed of?
These questions cultivate courage inside of us to face ourselves.
Creates inner strength and grit.
Feel grateful for yourself that you're listening to whatever is arising inside of you right now.
Tell yourself,
I'm so grateful for you.

Thank you for being here now and inviting these questions into your unconscious mind.
We can transform fears into freedom and we're benefiting ourselves and ourselves when we do that.

Is there anything else that I'm avoiding,
That I'm suppressing or afraid of that I'm holding in my body tissues and my unconscious?
I choose to know whatever it is and for it to easily flow through my body and be transmuted and released.

What did all this teach me?
How can it all be a blessing in my life?
What does it help me become more aware of?
Everything that is happening is always happening for us.
Our creator loves us.
Can you imagine if every experience you have from this moment on,
You're simply looking at,
How can I learn from this experience?

How can it benefit me?
How can I see it as an opportunity?
How can I grow from everything that has just happened to me?
I invite you to bring a journal and a pen into this experience after the meditation and to write a stream of consciousness,
Whatever arises for you to write down on paper.
There's something magical that happens when we take a pen in our hand and we allow ourselves to write freely.
It's a way of connecting to our heart,
To our truth,
To our soul.
It is a gift that you give yourself to feel more deeply connected to who you truly are.
Writing is a way of becoming more honest with yourself,
More connected to your inner knowing and also allowing divine,

Take this moment to shake your arms and shake your legs.
We're taking a shake break.
Shake your chest.

As you're laying there on the support,

All our cells are vibrating constantly.
We are vibrational beings.
Shaking your body connects you to what you are,
The truth of who you are.
Also singing,

Creating sounds.
There's many different ways to connect to our truth.

Take a deep breath in and get ready to let go.

And we're going to listen now to the silence.
And notice if silence gives you a message.

Welcome everything that's coming up.
It's coming up because it's coming out.
Inhale now for three sniffs.
We're going to practice together the E3 breath.
E3 stands for extension,
Expansion and elongation breath.
We're going to maximize our ability to inhale right now.
Beginning with a long exhalation.
Exhale,
Empty out.
The longest exhalation.
Followed by an inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Three sniffs,
Breath in.
Stay expanded.
Feel yourself expanded.
Notice what that feels like to be expanded.
Receiving maximally oxygen,
Energy.
And then exhale.
We're going to do this a few times.
Inhale,

Hold it there.
Pause.
Stay expanded.
Arms are expanded.
Legs are expanded.
Lungs are expanded.
Heart is expanded.
Expansion is love.
Expansion is freedom.
Hold it.

And sneak in two more sniffs.

Minimal effort to stay expanded.

And then pause at the top of that inhalation.
Feel the space around your body as you stay expanded.
Notice yourself around your body,
The more that you are.
The luminous body,
The energetic,

The energetic body.

And feel the space around your body.

This is where it begins,

And you still don't seem to get results with what comes to you,
Know that you are in a safe place here and now where you can receive rapid,
Quantum transformation.
Because we're getting at the core.
This was missing before.

Imagine that your gifts,

You supported and prioritized sharing with the world.

What would that be like to be more fully expressed?
Confidently fully expressed.
How would it feel if you overcame all your fears?
Imagine that you only had a week to live.
How differently would you be living your life?
What would you do differently?
Take a moment and ask yourself,
After this meditation,
What will I commit to doing differently?
How will I commit to feeling differently so that I can attract differently in my life?
Allow that wisdom to come through now.

Your titles and whoever you think you are now.
And allow yourself to be open to feeling the more that you are beyond your physical body,

Feel yourself as consciousness,
As awareness.
Observing yourself,
Observing yourself.
Allow yourself to be.
You are the witness of the breath happening to you spontaneously.
Cultivating the observer.
You're like a video camera now,
Just witnessing whatever that is that you're filming without any comment.
Practice this being present moment to moment awareness.
Inhale deeply now,
Conscious inhalation.
Deep and expansive.
Inhale,
Expand,

And I invite you now to place your right hand on your abdomen and feel your abdomen creating circles over your abdomen.
You can press lightly into your abdomen and notice,
Does my abdomen feel soft,
Supple,
Tense,
Tight?
How does it feel?
You're caressing over your abdomen.
Connecting to your gut,
Your gut feelings.
Our body stores memories.
Choose to make more time in your life to listen to your body,
To accessing the wisdom within you,
In your body.
And now I invite you to caress over the top of your hips where your abdomen meets your hips and then stroking down your quads,
The front hips and quads area.
Caress over those parts and notice,
Am I holding tension in my legs?
Roll your knees in and out,
Your toes in and out,
Your internally and externally rotating your hip joints.
Rolling your thighs in and out,
In and out.
You're doing great.
Notice,
Do I hold in my inner thighs,
In my tail area,
In my hips?
Take a deep breath in.
Whatever you're feeling,
It's wonderful for you and it's happening and so we accept it.
Breathe awareness into your hips,
Into your legs.
And ask yourself,
Where am I holding?
Where am I holding fear,
Tension,
Stress?
And notice if anything arises.
Where do I hold?
I invite you to place your hand and touch yourself wherever that is that came up.
Choose one place and imagine that you could breathe.
Imagine you had lungs in that part of your body.
For example,
If it was your low back or your hips,
You would place your hands there and imagine that you could breathe and expand there.
Exhale.
Keep your eyes closed and feel wherever that is.
And I invite you also to move your body rhythmically while you breathe,
While you feel,
To become more intimate with those parts that have been holding and to simply witness,
Breathe into,
Gently move,
Rhythmically move,
Or you can also just lay there and breathe into it and lovingly feel it's okay.
Of course you had to hold there.
All that has happened had to happen.
I accept it.
And from this moment on,
You can cultivate this relationship with yourself where you start to move,
Breathe,
Feel with acceptance,
Love,
Honor those parts even more by nurturing them with rhythmical movements.
You can also massage yourself with your favorite oil and make time to nurture those parts of the body after this meditation.
These are all examples of ways that we can bring more love hormone into our lives.
Take a moment now to pause in stillness and thank your body for all that it has stored for you.
It was a way of coping with the inability of processing our traumas,
Our wounds,
Our pains.
Everything that we've done was a way of coping with whatever happened to us in the past.
Breathe in compassion for yourself.
Compassion for everyone on the planet.
Everyone's doing their best.
And how we feel is how we attract.
And how we feel is also how we treat others.
And so the more you cultivate this loving presence with yourself,
Patience with your tensions,
Acceptance of your fears,
Learning and growing from your past,
You will start to have relationships that are more thriving,
Inspiring.
Relationships where you feel you're growing because all it ever was was a reflection of your inner relationship.
Take this moment now to give yourself a hug.
Wrap your arms around you.
And tell yourself,
I choose to love and accept myself now.
Fully.
I choose to love and accept myself now.
Fully.
I choose to forgive myself.
Fully.
I now choose to forgive myself fully.
I am worthy of a life full of love,
Peace and abundance.
I am worthy of living a life full of peace,

I invite you now to ask yourself,
Higher self,
Intuitive intelligence,
Divine wisdom inside me,
