Guided meditation to embody feeling that you're a magnet for abundance,
That you're a magnet for love,
And that everything comes easily and effortlessly for you.
Imagine that you're sitting or laying down in front of the ocean.
Your legs are open and facing the waves right on the seashore.
Lean back and feel the support of Mother Earth.
Open up your arms,
Rest your head and your neck backwards,
And feel the support of the sand beneath you.
Mother Earth is always supporting us.
The trees are always making oxygen for us to live.
Allow yourself right now to feel grateful for the salty air,
Grateful for those waves and the sounds of the ocean.
They remind us of how dynamic we are and how easily it is for change to happen in our lives.
Allow yourself to align to love,
Feeling open to unexpected new opportunities in your life.
As you open your arms and legs even more,
Allow yourself to breathe in through your nose,
The most expansive,
Richest breath,
Feeling your heart and your lungs and your chest and your abdomen expanding.
Let's do this together now,
Breathing in deeply through our nose.
Feel that fresh air coming in your body and then exhale,
Open your mouth,
Let it go.
As your arms and your legs are spread wide open,
Leaning back into the earth,
Breathe in deeply and receive the most expansive breath now.
Expand and elongate,
Fill yourself up.
Pause there.
Sustain yourself,
Expand it.
When you can't hold your breath any longer,
Let it go.
Exhale.
Allow us to together create these three cycles of breathing where we're expanding together,
Experiencing the most richest and fullest breaths of our lives.
Inhale deeply now,
Together.
Hold your breath for as long as you can.
Exhale.
Let it go.
That's right.

Fill yourself up.
Pause.
Exhale.
Rest now.
Allow the breath to be spontaneous and automatic.
Cultivate the witness mind.
You're a loving and kind observer of your breath and the rising and falling of your abdomen and chest.
Notice now.
Thoughts may come up,
Come back to being the witness.
Becoming aware of how you're feeling,
Noticing the rising of your chest and abdomen,
Witnessing the thoughts as they pass by.
You're a kind,
Loving observer.
Of all the thoughts and all the sensations.
We're cultivating a meditative mind that is free from judgment,
Criticism,
And analysis.
Just as the waves in the ocean,
They flow back and forth without any judging of how they flow.
Nature is.
The more we practice being the witness,
The more we can open up to experience our essence,
Who we truly are,
Which is pure consciousness,
Which is also love.
As we witness our thoughts and we simply observe them,
We're also practicing acceptance of all.
Allow yourself now to shift into a breathing pattern where we are going to expand even more.
The body's mostly made of energy and this type of breathing called E3 breath expansion guides us to a different experience of ourselves that is more energetic,
That is lighter,
That is more expansive.
Expansion is lightness.
The more we expand,
The more we will feel the wave-like beings that we are.
We become more aware of the quantum field and our brainwave shifts to theta.
This is the meditative mind that we're cultivating also in our body.
I invite you now to inhale,

Short,

Long inhalations through the nose and it goes like this.
Inhale,

Pause at the top of that breath.
Hold your breath.
When you can't hold any longer,
Allow the exhalation to be passive.
The air leaves our body.
It just happens.
We practice this a few times.

Breath expansion.

Hold the breath.
Feel the expansion.

Two more sniffs.

Feel your body and the space around your body as you stay expanded.

You can invite a sound,

And as you do that,
Feel the vibrations of ah.

Notice the sensations on your palms.

Pelvic floor area too.

Scan your body.
Notice the benefits of breath expansion.
Notice the space around your body.
The sensations around your hands,
Your palms,
Your forearms,
Your shoulders.
Become aware of the sensations around your face,

Your neck,
And throat.
Notice the sensations at your chest,
In your heart.
How does my heart feel?
Be the witness of the sensations of your chest and your abdomen,
Gaining a sense of your internal organs.
How is my body feeling?
Inside and outside.
Bring your attention now to the back of your body,
To your whole spine and brain and spinal cord,
Sacrum,
The whole back of the body.
How does it feel?
Do I feel supported physically?
Do I feel supported emotionally?
And do I feel the support of our creator that created us?
Breathe in the feeling.
If you could imagine already having the ideal amount of support.
Imagine what that would be like to feel so supported in your life,
In your body.
And lean back right now and breathe it in.
Imagine the feeling of optimal support,
Optimal support.
And it may even have a color.
Breathe that in.
Optimal support.
And optimal safety.
Breathe this into your low back.

I choose to feel supported now.
I'm open to feeling supported now.
I'm free to feel supported now.
I choose to feel safe now.
I'm free to feel safe now.
I give myself permission to feel safe now.

Rolling your hips in and out as you're laying here.
The knees move inwards and outwards.
Feeling your whole body,
Your whole body,
Deeply supported and safe.
With ease,
You've cultivated this sense of inner peace.
You have calmed your nervous system.
And you have reset to love,
Acceptance.
Breathe in how you feel right now.
And flow it through your body with your breath.
Send it back to the ocean.
We're recycling,
Renewing,
Reenergizing.
Now,
Feeling your body as one big beautiful wave,
Flowing freely,
Peacefully,
Fully present.
With your mind as the witness,
The kind and gentle observer.
Notice how nurturing this feels.
What a gift and a blessing to give yourself today and every day.
Allow yourself now to choose a color that symbolizes divine and pure,
Unconditional love.
Abundance.
Prosperity.
Breathe in those colors.
You can also imagine that it starts to rain these beautiful colors.
And every single cell of your body is receiving these loving colors that are bringing in prosperity,
Safety,
Abundance,
Nurturance for you.
Allow it to pour all over you and fill you up.

You are a powerful creator.
And wherever you place your focus,
It expands.
Notice how it feels to focus on expansion.

We're transitioning back into the room,

Bringing our attention to the sensations of our ankles and our wrists circling around and around,
Spreading your palms open and your ten toes spreading them out,
And starting to become more aware of your low back,
Bringing your knees towards your chest,
Hugging your knees towards your chest,
And rolling your body right to left,
Rocking your body right to left.
Allow yourself to roll to one side.
Stay in that fetal position.
With this continued awareness of gratitude for having spent all this time with yourself,
Cultivating love,
A deeper connection,
And a deeper intimacy with the most precious and important person in your life,
Yourself,
And your soul.
Notice how enriched you feel,
How grateful,
And peaceful.
This practice will benefit how you digest your food,
Your sleep at night,
And your ability to respond throughout your day instead of reacting.
Remember to breathe and expand throughout the day.
Anytime you feel stressed out,
Too much in your head,
Slow down.
I invite you now to come up to a seated position.

And I invite you to walk.
And if you can,
Go for a nature walk.
And continue to practice cultivating being the observer,
Witnessing your thoughts,
And breathing in fully and richly the abundance,
The love,
