Guided meditation to love your body.

Lay down in a comfortable position and allow yourself to surrender your precious divine body temple to the support surface.

Allow me to guide you on a journey to shedding your old skin,

To shedding your old identity of what you think your body is and your relationship to your body.

You've been called to love your body more.

That's why you're here listening to this meditation.

We don't get what we want,

We get what we are feeling.

Allowing yourself to reflect,

How do I feel about my body?

When I think about my body,

What are the feelings that arise?

My body.

Is it hard for me to feel my body?

To feel into how my body feels?

Or is it easy for me?

Allowing yourself to breathe in deeply through your nose and as you inhale,

Feel the expansion that happens at your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your waist,

Your pelvic floor.

And allowing yourself to feel the expansion with every inhalation.

Pay attention to that inhalation.

Notice the expansive feeling from the inside out.

Allow yourself to open up now your arms and legs.

This is a metaphor for your mind saying I'm open to shifting how I feel about my body to a new way where there is only love inside me.

Love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Forgiveness.

Today's the day.

That's right.

Now is the time.

Allow my voice to guide your subconscious mind to reprogram today new beliefs about your body.

How to love your body.

I am free to be free of my past hurts,

Pains,

Traumas,

Misperceptions that I have created in my mind.

It's always been me all along.

Whatever stories I made up about my past,

My parents,

Things that happened to me,

I decide to release the weight of all these thoughts now.

Deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

That's the past.

I give myself permission to be free from my past now.

I am open to being free from my past and releasing it in my body tissues now.

I get to be free of my past now.

I love that I decided already to be free of my past now.

Allow yourself to bring up feelings of shame,

If you've struggled with accepting and having compassion for your body,

Breathing in the feelings of the past and allowing them to release through your mouth.

Blame,

Fear,

Frustration,

Hatred,

Whatever it is,

What am I still holding onto in my body?

I invite it to be coming up and coming out and transmuting,

Feeling it and flowing it.

That's right.

I get to have compassion for my body.

I know I have compassion for my body.

Taking a deep breath in.

What would it feel like for you to be compassionate towards your body if it were already true?

Allowing yourself to feel so grateful for your body and all the different changes that it's taken over your life.

If you have any points of tension,

Tightness,

Pain in your body,

Feeling so compassionate for all of it,

Your body is simply pointing places and areas where you get to realign,

Reconnect,

And love more and accept more.

Allowing yourself right now to breathe into,

You can also place your hands on top of whatever parts of your body you wish to,

You feel called to,

Reconnect to,

Love more,

Accept more now.

And as I play the Native American flute,

This is the hummingbird flute,

And it helps us to bring more love and acceptance to all the parts of our body.

Lay your hands there and allow these sounds to offer you a remembrance that your home is in your body.

To feel at home in your body.

To feel comfortable,

Loving,

Accepting,

And give yourself permission to feel freely all the pleasure,

All the love that is your nature to be.
