Guided meditation to nurture and heal our breasts.

Lay down in a comfortable position with some massage oil next to you.

We're going to be massaging our sacred body today.

Lean back and feel the support beneath you.

Allow yourself to feel so safe and so supported for this meditation.

Our breasts represent mothering,

Nurturing,

And nourishment.

Allow yourself to feel nourished,

To feel mothered by yourself.

Giving yourself this time to support yourself,

To stimulate the healing hormone,

The love hormone,

Oxytocin.

Beginning with your breath.

Taking a deep breath in.

Expanding and elongating your ribs away from each other.

Feeling that expansion in your chest.

Exhale.

Inhaling through the nose,

Taking the longest,

Deepest breath.

Feeling up your lungs,

Your heart,

Your breasts with loving breaths.

Allow yourself to feel,

What is my relationship to my breasts?

Is it a loving relationship?

How do I feel about this part of my body?

When you were growing up in middle school and high school,

Did you develop early?

The size of your breasts enlarged early?

Or are you still waiting for them to grow?

I remember for me,

My mom would tell me,

When you turn 16,

Your breasts are going to grow just like mine did.

And my mom was more curvy than I was.

And so I was,

I remember thinking,

I'm 22 years old and I'm still waiting for these breasts to come in.

It wasn't until after I breastfed my daughter for two years that my breasts actually stayed that size that I always wished for.

And the fact that I breastfed her made me feel so differently about my body and about my breasts.

I gained this immense respect and value for my body because my body created milk for my daughter to live.

Those first three months,

She was purely breastfed.

And I was in awe of my body.

Allow yourself to evoke in yourself,

What feelings do I feel about my body and my breasts?

Do I like the shape of my breasts?

Allow these questions to cause feelings,

Thoughts,

Emotions to come up.

And if anything comes up that you wish to process,

Just take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Ah.

According to Louise Hay in her book,

Heal Your Life,

She mentions cysts and lumps in the breasts may be attributed to a refusal to nourish the self.

Do you put yourself first in your own life?

Or do you put everyone else first?

Do you overmother your children or your partner?

Notice what arises.

Inhaling,

Ah.

Exhaling.

This supports your emotions to flow easily and effortlessly.

Our emotions are energy in motion.

And lots of times,

We learn how to hold memories,

Feelings,

And we don't express them.

And then we harbor hurts in our bodies.

This is an opportunity for you to get things off your chest.

Are you overprotective?

Do you keep yourself safe and overly safe and protected?

Or are you a risk taker?

Do you feel you were raised in an overprotective household?

Were your parents overprotective?

Notice what arises.

Did your parents prioritize their self-care?

Or did they put everyone else first?

What did you witness as a child growing up?

Do you feel that you have a healthy self-care routine in your life?

And are you holding any hurts in your heart or any resentments?

Allow yourself to take now some massage oil and rub your hands together to warm up the oil.

Place your hands over your breasts,

Over your chest.

And allow yourself to imagine from your heart out through your hands,

You're sending love to your chest,

To your breasts,

To your lungs,

To your lymph.

Inhaling that intention,

I love you breasts.

I love you heart.

I love you lungs.

Regardless of my past,

I decide to process and release whatever I've been holding here in my chest.

Taking a deep breath in.

I choose to be clear now,

Allowing yourself to create sounds,

Your cleansing sounds.

I choose to liberate myself from all hurts of the past.

If I felt undernourished,

Neglected,

Abandoned,

Ignored,

Undervalued by my caregivers,

By my parents,

I'm open to processing and releasing those feelings now.

Feel them even more and flow them out of your body.

It's just energy.

Emotions are energy in motion.

Allow your breath to flow them easily and effortlessly now.

Hold your breath for as long as you can.

Hold it.

Keep yourself expanded.

Hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it.

You're doing great.

That's right.

When you can't hold it any longer,

Let it go.

What am I holding here?

And allow yourself to be curious.

Explore now through massage with medium pressure,

Massaging over your breasts.

Take a deep breath in.

There's a massage video on my YouTube channel that will play after this meditation and the link is underneath in the description if you'd like to follow that massage.

Go ahead and click on that video.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you massage your breasts,

Being curious,

Notice how it feels to touch them,

Moving your palms circularly over your breast tissue,

Gentle,

Touching yourself in a way that your body feels safe,

Nurtured and supported.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale.

Continuing to expand your breath,

Breathing into your lungs,

Your breasts,

Your heart,

Your chest.

It's as if you had lungs on your breast tissue,

Creating this flow of intention to love and nurture your breasts and to be curious.

How do my breasts feel?

What's there for me?

How does it feel for me to massage my breasts?

Do I feel comfortable touching myself?

And as you continue to breathe in love into your breasts as you massage yourself,

Creating pleasurable experiences for yourself,

Being curious.

Does it feel better?

Does it feel more sensitive in certain areas,

More pleasurable?

Seeing how the top parts of your breasts feel compared to the bottom parts of your breasts.

How do the outer parts feel compared to the inner parts?

I love you breasts.

I love your body.

So grateful for my body.

And if you have any scars on your breasts,

Feeling love,

Thank you scars.

Thank you for healing.

And if there's any feelings of less than resentment,

Bitterness,

Anger,

Frustration,

Any judgments or criticisms related to how you feel about your breasts,

Are you willing to process them?

Are you willing to let them go and ask yourself,

What do I wish to create when it comes to my breasts relationship with myself?

How would I like to feel about my body and my breasts?

If I had my ideal relationship and I could imagine what that would feel like already,

What would that be like?

How would I like to feel about my breasts?

And I'm sorry if I've ever judged you body.

I'm sorry breasts if I've judged you.

Do you like your nipples,

The shape and size and color?

Are they outies or are they innies?

Do you embrace and accept your breasts exactly as they are?

On a scale of zero to 10,

How much do I love my breasts?

Notice what's really there,

Letting go of any shame or guilt.

This is your time to be honest with yourself.

Some of these questions we've never asked ourselves.

We hold emotions inside so if you're feeling emotional,

Be grateful that you're feeling.

Be grateful that the energy of those emotions are coming up to the surface to be released and transmuted so that you no longer are holding on to the past.

These are all past beliefs and our beliefs affect our physiology.

Our beliefs affect our gene expression.

Are you willing to let go of any unhelpful beliefs?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

I am willing.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

I love you.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I decide to forgive myself if I've ever judged myself in the past.

I choose now to open up my heart to loving myself even more.

I choose to accept myself right now regardless of my past.

Are you willing to let go of all criticisms,

Judgments about yourself now?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

I'm willing.

Do you give yourself permission to let go of all judgments about yourself and your breasts?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Do you give yourself the freedom to experience a deeper love,

A deeper sense of fulfillment with your breasts?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

So you're going to kiss your palm and you're going to put one of those hands on those breasts and the other hand and place the other hand on your other breast.

So you just kissed your palms and you place your hands over your breasts.

I love you.

So I'm going to teach you now the I love you breasts song from my heart to yours and from my boobies to your boobies.

And remember if you don't have breasts,

It's the spirit of your breasts that we're singing to which symbolizes our feminine energy,

Our energy of abundance,

Creativity,

Trusting in our beautiful,

Unknown.

The song goes like this.

I love my breasts,

I love my breasts,

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts,

I love my breasts,

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

I love my breasts.

Whatever you repeat over and over and over and feel that with your hands over your breasts,

What would that feel like if I loved my breasts.

This is a metaphor to welcoming in more love and nurturing,

Caring for yourself,

Putting yourself first.

I'm so sorry if I forgot myself.

I'm back and I love you.

The body is a metaphor.

Your body is teaching you to come back to love,

Always.

So when we think we have a tumor or something happened to our breasts or we have lumps or we feel heavy there,

The body is just text messaging us and saying,

Please mother me more.

Please take care of me more.

Please consider me more instead of putting other people first.

So let all those emotions come up as I am.

Are you willing to let go of being a people pleaser,

A doormat for others?

Are you willing to feel like the queen goddess that you truly are?

That queen goddess,

That divine,

Precious,

Miraculous and magical goddess that you are?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

And to allow yourself to be vulnerable with your own emotions,

Your own feelings,

To listen deeper,

To go deeper into your heart.

And if you've created a protective barrier in your heart,

Keeping you safe because you've been hurt in the past,

Massage your heart now.

Create circles over your heart.

This will all be included in the video,

The nurturing breasts and heart video.

Be curious,

How does my heart feel?

I love you.

I'm so grateful for you.

Thank you so much for feeling today.

Take a deep breath in.

Feeling your heart.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Thank you for spending all this time being with yourself,

Connecting to your heart,

To your breasts,

To your lungs,

To your lymph.

Give yourself a big hug and bring yourself back into this room.

I love you.

I'm so grateful for you.

Thank you for this gift of nurturance.

The more we nurture ourselves,

The more we grow and develop.

And if you weren't nurtured enough as a child,

As I felt I wasn't by my mom,

There's a healing meditation,

A mother healing meditation also that's posted under this description for this meditation.

Listen to that one.

And so we can heal our inner child wounds.

We can mother ourselves.

We get to mother ourselves and we can also imagine what it would have felt like to be nurtured by our parents,

To be inspired to grow and develop into our highest self.

We do not have to be victims of the past.

We can be victorious and we can shift how we feel by shifting our beliefs.

And so I invite you to join me if you would like to go deeper and align your conscious mind with your subconscious mind so that you can feel empowered,

Connected,

Whole and own your sovereignty and truly know what it means to love yourself.

Reach out to me and let me know I'm here for you.

And thank you so much for doing this meditation and being there for yourself.

You are the one you've been looking for all along.

You are your solution.

And that is what I share with the world through this work,

Through the ALVA method,

This process that I've taken you on today of self-discovery,

Deepening self-love and coming out of it feeling so empowered,

So alive so that we can remember that life is designed to be a celebration of creative energy expanding everywhere.

Look around the room and feel how your heart feels right now.

Open,

Light and maybe a little heavy if some emotions came up from the past and all of it is welcome.

Allowing yourself to enjoy the sounds.

Allowing yourself to enjoy the sounds.

Opening up your arms,

Opening up your legs and remembering that you are a radiant star of love.

You are a radiant star of creativity and we are all one.

We are all interconnected.

Giving yourself the permission to be walking today,

All day with your heart open,

Your breasts feeling so good,

Your body feeling pleasure and simply being love.

Thank you.
