Place your right palm over your chest.
Feel your heart as you inhale for a count of five through your nose.

Exhale with a sigh for a count of five.

Feeling your chest,
Your left arm stretched out to the side.
We're aligning to our heart,
Calming our nervous system,
And energizing ourselves at the same time.
