When we close our eyes and experience this 5-minute reset, we attract more peace, love, abundance, and acceptance into our lives as we can only attract what we are.

Five-minute morning wake-up meditation.

Lay down in a comfortable position.

Lean back.

Close your eyes.

Spread your arms and legs wide.

Remember it is our nature to flow like a river.

It is our nature to be powerful,

Energetic.

It is our nature to be wise.

There is this intelligence within us when we connect to our heart and our soul.

Through our heart,

We know things with more clarity,

Ease,

And aliveness.

Bring your left arm out along your side.

Place your right palm over your chest.

Feel your heart as you inhale for a count of five through your nose.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale with a sigh for a count of five.

Inhale for a count of five through your nose.

Feeling your chest,

Your left arm stretched out to the side.

We're aligning to our heart,

Calming our nervous system,

And energizing ourselves at the same time.

Inhale for five.

Exhale,

Sigh.

Inhale for five.

Exhale for five.

Inhale for five.

Exhale for five.

You're doing great.

Inhale,

Expand.

Feel the expansion in your body.

Exhale,

Sigh.

Open up both arms now.

Spread your legs wide like a five-pointed star.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale through your nose and hold your breath.

E3 breath.

Expansion,

Elongation,

Extension.

Take it all in.

Pause your breath at the top of that third sniff.

Exhale,

Inhale for three sniffs.

Open wide.
