Hello,
My name is Melina and I am truly grateful that we get to share this inner journey together today.
This track is designed to help you revisit a difficult past experience in a healing and transformative way,
Allowing you to reprocess and reframe it with kindness and safety.
We'll gently use psychological principles to first observe the memory from a safe,
Distanced perspective and then consciously rewrite it by experiencing it anew.
This time with healing support.
In the final part,
We'll use affirmations to reconnect with our inner rights.
Those needs we often push aside and begin to truly honor and anchor them within us.
To start,
Find a quiet,
Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply and evenly.
Feel your body gently softening with each breath.
There is nothing you need to do right now.
Just be.
Let go of everything else and allow your awareness to gently settle into this moment of inner stillness and healing.
Begin by tuning into the sensations in your body.
Notice the contact your feet make with the floor or the surface beneath you.
Allow gravity to gently pull you downward and surrender any tension you're holding.
Feel the weight of your legs,
Your back,
Your belly,
Your arms,
Your neck and your face all becoming heavier,
Softer and more relaxed.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Feel the air flowing in through your nose and maybe sense how it becomes slightly warmer as you exhale.
With every breath,
You're sinking deeper into calm,
Like a feather slowly drifting to the ground.
Now imagine a soft mist beginning to form around you,
Wrapping you gently like a comforting blanket.
It has a calming color,
Maybe a soft blue,
A deep green or another tone that brings you peace and safety.
Feel this mist envelop your body,
Carrying away any lingering tension.
As the mist begins to clear,
You see a crystal sphere in front of you.
It rests on a small pedestal and seems to gently draw you in.
You get a sense that it wants to show you something.
You place your hand on the glass and it communicates to you that it will give you a chance to revisit something from your past.
Something that once felt heavy or painful in a new way.
All you need to do is to stay present and remove your hand from the glass when you're ready.
As you choose to engage with the sphere,
A scene begins to appear,
First blurry,
Then more and more vivid.
You recognize this scene,
It's something that once affected you deeply.
Maybe it still does,
But this time you're simply an observer.
You can hear the voices of the people involved quietly in the background.
Who do you see?
How are they behaving?
What do you hear?
Now ask yourself what would have been needed in this moment to make it feel less painful.
What resource might have brought comfort,
Strength or protection?
It might be a different behavior from one of the people involved or the presence of someone or something else entirely.
Maybe even an angel,
A symbol of strength or a warm,
Grounding energy.
Let your imagination be free.
Once you've found something that transforms the situation for you,
Allow yourself to gently step into the scene and relive it,
This time from your own perspective and with the healing elements you've chosen before.
If you should need more time here,
Feel free to pause the meditation for this step.
Now experience the entire situation again,
From the beginning.
Keep in mind you're no longer an observer now.
You are part of the scene this time,
And you are fully in control.
You are the director now.
You decide what happens and what doesn't.
All the resources and support you imagined are now present with you.
What do you see?
What colors,
What forms,
What movements?
Which voices do you hear?
Maybe there's even a voice speaking to you,
Calm and clear,
Reminding you that you are safe and that you are loved.
How does it feel in your body now?
Can you sense warmth,
Lightness or strength?
Does your posture change?
Does your breath deepen?
Is there a certain scent you can perceive,
Or maybe even a taste?
Something that represents safety and comfort to you?
Let it all become as real as possible.
Now slowly repeat the following affirmations to yourself and feel how your body and your inner world respond when you know they are true.
It is my right to be treated with respect.
It is my right to say no.
It is my right to make mistakes.
It is my right to express my opinion.
It is my right to ask for help.
It is my right to say how I truly feel.
It is my right to grow and to succeed.
It is my right to stand up against unfair treatment.
It is my right to be happy and to enjoy life.
It is my right to have healthy,
Kind relationships.
It is my right to set boundaries and put myself first.
It is my right to be loved.
And it is my right to invite people into my life who honor these rights.
Feel how these new healing experiences are becoming part of you now,
Anchored deeply in your awareness.
This is yours and it will support you,
Ground you and strengthen you whenever you need it.
You can carry this feeling with you like an anchor you can return to in moments of difficulty.
Now,
Take a deep breath in and slowly out.
Begin to bring your awareness back into the room.
Feel your body resting on the chair or the ground beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch if you like and whenever you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Take a moment to let the experience settle.
Remember,
You can return to this meditation anytime you need it.
You are strong,
You are worthy and you have the right to fully enjoy your life.
Until next time,
With love,
Melina
