Imagine yourself in a serene and peaceful forest.

The surroundings are tranquil,

Inviting you to explore the depths of your being.

Feel the soft ground beneath you and the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze.

As you walk through the forest,

Notice a shadowy figure ahead.

This figure represents aspects of yourself that you may have been avoiding or neglecting.

Instead of turning away,

Approach it with courage and openness.

Stand face to face with this shadowy version of yourself.

Observe it without judgement,

Acknowledging any discomfort or unease you might feel.

Remember,

This is a reflection of your inner self,

Waiting to be acknowledged.

With each breath,

Visualise a warm,

Radiant light surrounding both you and the shadowy figure.

This light symbolises compassion and self-acceptance.

As it envelops you both,

Feel a sense of understanding and empathy arise within you.

Embrace the shadowy figure,

Acknowledging that it's a part of who you are.

Acceptance replaces fear and as you do so,
