Acknowledge any self-judgement or guilt associated with these beliefs.

Offer yourself forgiveness and love.

Understand that you are on a journey of growth and self-discovery.

Bring your awareness to the present moment.

Notice any recurring negative thought patterns.

With each breath,

Consciously replace these thoughts with positive affirmations that align with your new,

Empowered beliefs.
