Just as elite athletes crush train their bodies,

This meditation will help you crush train your mind.

For presence,

Focus and for flow states,

You'll learn valuable techniques to access peak performance,

Consciousness when you need it most.

This has been very beneficial for my own growth as there is a lot of focus that needs to be applied.

Even in creating meditations or working with my clients,

This has been beneficial in making their plans and actually dropping in and staying present with them.

I hope this meditation for training for peak performance has as much use as it has for me,

For you.

Allow your eyes to gently close as you find a relaxed,

Yet present seated posture.

Take a full deep breath in through your nostrils,

Drawing vital energy into your body.

And release the breath out through pursed lips with an audible sigh.

On your next inhale,

Breathe into the space of your lower belly,

Allowing it to expand.

As you exhale,

Relax the area completely.

You are preparing your physiology for a state of calm,

Focused power.

Prime yourself like a world class athlete,

Preparing for their moment on the field.

Bring to mind an intense moment,

Competition or high stakes scenario where everything was on the line for you.

It could be a sport,

Performance,

Exam,

Job interview,

Anything where laser focus was required.

As you recall being in that heightened state,

Notice how your body felt.

Was your heart rate elevated?

Were your senses peaked?

Did you feel a state of flow and absorption?

Those are the physiological markers of being in the zone,

A place of peak performance where you are fully immersed in the present challenge.

There are no thoughts of the past or future.

Just this moment.

Take a couple cycles of breath,

Channeling the sensation of being centred in the eye of the storm.

Intense yet peaceful,

Alert yet relaxed.

Every ounce of your energy is invested in this now.

You've trained endlessly through meditation to sustain this state of calm,

Powerful presence for as long as needed.

On your next inhale,

Breathe that focus into the space between your eyes,

Your third eye point.

As you exhale,

Soften your gaze behind closed eyes as you turn inward,

Surrendering fully to the task at hand.

You are tuning out any potential distractions,

Any mental chatter,

Any doubts or fears.

You've entered the zone of extraordinary focus.

With each inhalation you affirm inwardly,

My mind is clear and still like a tranquil pool.

As you breathe out,

You release any turbulence.

Visualise or sense the micro-adjustments you've made in these critical moments.

Feel the poise and fluid presence in your posture and musculature.

Follow the rhythmic patterns of your breath,

Steady and controlled.

At your core is an unwavering stillness,

A peace within the storm.

You remain cool,

Collected and unshaken.

Regardless of the circumstances swirling around you.

You've mastered bringing all of your energy into this sacred moment.

There is nowhere to go but here.

On your next inhale,

Silently repeat the mantra.

Undivided focus now.

As the breath releases,

Dissolve any lethargy,

Agitation or resistance.

You access this present focused state,

Not through force but through a profound letting go.

You need to expend zero energy on anything but this instant.

Bathe in that feeling fully here.

No past or future,

Just this inexhaustible reserve of absorbed presence.

Inhale absolute concentration,

Patience and resolve.

Exhale any residual tension in your body and mind.

By committing wholeheartedly to the current challenge,

You unleash all of your powers,

Skills and mastery.

This is where time seems to slow down.

Your actions seem to almost precede your thoughts.

The solutions and flow arise spontaneously.

Your training has instilled unshakable faith and trust in yourself.

You don't need to force or control the outcome here.

You need only show up completely and let your talents emerge.

Breathe that truth into your bones as you give full permission to enter the zone.

You've earned this through your discipline and dedication.

With your next inhale affirm,

I am performing at my highest level.

Exhale any limitation,

Hesitation or self-doubt.

Inhale courage and grounded confidence.

Exhale any lingering stress,

Nerves or resistance.

Your mind is clear.

Your body is loose and responsive.

Your spirit is indomitable.

Take this profound state forward.

Seal it into your consciousness and energy field.

Any time you need to enter the zone of peak performance,

You can return here simply through conscious breathing.

Begin to slowly reawaken your awareness outward,
