Find a comfortable,

Quiet space and prepare for an emotional release journey.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into the moment.

In this session,

We'll travel back to past experiences that have left you with unresolved emotions.

This breathwork will help you release those emotions and find healing.

Imagine yourself in a safe,

Serene place where you can confront your past feelings.

Take a deep breath and with each inhale,

Summon the memory of a specific,

Stressful or emotional event.

Feel the emotions resurface as you continue to breathe deeply.

Now,

As you exhale,

Visualize these pent-up emotions leaving your body.

Feel them being expelled,

Giving you a sense of relief.

This breathwork is your tool for releasing the emotional baggage from that past experience.

You might find that your body wants to respond physically.

If you need to shake,

Cry or release tension in any way,

Allow yourself to do so.

This is a safe space for emotional release.

With each breath,

You're freeing yourself from the emotional weight of your past.

Let the breathwork wash away those feelings,

Cleansing your soul and creating space for healing and renewal.

As you continue this breathwork,

Remember that it's okay to let go of these emotions.

You are in control of your emotional well-being and breathwork is your guide to emotional release.
