Let's talk about decision points.

You know,

Those crossroads in life where you're left wondering,

What's next?

Maybe you've been through redundancy,

You're returning to work after maternity leave,

Or you're at a stage where you're redefining who you are.

Whatever has brought you here,

You are facing a moment that requires clarity,

Confidence and a plan.

Getting to where you want to be isn't just about taking a step forward.

That first step is important,

Yes,

And it has to come from the right place.

Starting from the wrong position could send you in circles,

Or worse,

Take you somewhere you don't even want to end up.

The key?

Start from a place of being.

You need to step into the version of yourself that has already arrived.

Let me explain.

Embody the future you.

Like attracts like.

If you want to be confident,

Fulfilled and certain about your next chapter,

You must start living as that person now.

This isn't about pretending or faking it.

It's about embodying the mindset,

The self-esteem and the courage that your future self has.

When you do this,

You'll notice something incredible.

Decisions feel clearer,

Your instincts sharpen and the right actions start to flow naturally.

It's a simple idea,

Though not always easy to put into practice.

That's where my coaching approach comes in.

I work with people like you,

People at a decision point,

Helping them reconnect with who they are,

Silence their inner critic and build the confidence to move forward.

If you're nodding along thinking,

Yes,

This is me,

Here's how you can get started.

Here are five steps to start from the right place.

Before you can be that person,

You need to know what that person looks like.

What are you aiming to achieve?

How does that person carry themselves?

How does that individual feel about life?

You need to put together a crystal clear image of that individual who you are wanting to be.

When I work with my clients,

We dive deep into this exercise.

For one of my clients,

Nicola,

This process helped her overcome the fear and uncertainty she felt after her divorce and relocation.

By stepping into her future,

She was able to rediscover who she truly was and land a career she loved.

It's then about identifying what's holding you back.

Now be honest with yourself.

What's stopping you from becoming that person today?

Is it fear?

Doubt?

The nagging voice in your head that says,

You're not good enough?

That's your inner critic talking.

It's time to silence them.

One of the tools I use in coaching is meditation.

It's brilliant for rewiring those negative thought patterns and creating a space for positive self-talk.

One of my clients,

Teresa,

Said it helped her feel relaxed,

Focused and motivated to achieve her goals.

It's then time to reconnect with your identity.

Life's twists and turns can make us lose sight of who we are.

Spend time reconnecting with yourself.

What are your values?

What excites you?

What lights you up?

Journaling is a great way to explore this.

When I work with return-to-work mums,

This step is crucial.

It's about rediscovering the parts of themselves they thought were lost while raising children.

Then you need to take aligned action.

This is where it all comes together.

Start taking actions that align with your future self.

If the confident,

Fulfilled version of you networks with ease,

Practice introducing yourself to new people.

If they are bold enough to ask for what they want,

Start with a small request.

Remember,

Even tiny steps add up.

The key is to ensure those steps are in alignment with the person you're becoming.

Don't wait until you've arrived to celebrate.

Acknowledge every win,

No matter the size.

It's not about perfection,

It's about progress.

I want you to see these steps as powerful,

Especially when paired with the right support.

That's where coaching can make all the difference.

It's not just about giving you tools,

It's about creating a safe space where you can explore,

Grow and transform.

I've worked with individuals like you who face redundancy,

Retirement or returning to work.

Together we've tackled their inner critic,

Rebuilt their self-esteem and helped them move forward with confidence.

It's not easy to do this work on your own,

So if you're standing at a decision point unsure of what to do next,

I'd love to help.

My Ignite Your Life coaching calls are a great place to help.

They're free and it's 30 minutes designed to give you clarity and confidence on what's next.

So remember,

You don't have to figure it all out today.

You just need to start by asking yourself,

Who do I need to be to take the next step in my journey?

I look forward to hearing what you've come up with.
