I know you're feeling stressed right now so let's take two minutes to release that tension and reconnect with your inner calm.
You can listen to this SOS reflection at your desk during a quick break or wherever you can find a moment to yourself.
As you take a deep breath in acknowledge the wisdom in pausing for a moment with each exhale feel the stress begin to melt away from your body.
You can do this breathing exercise right where you are at your desk,
Standing by a window or even while walking between meetings.
With every breath in allow yourself to feel more grounded as you breathe out let go of the pressure and remember that stress is not who you are it's just a temporary state.
Continue breathing allowing your body to relax with each exhale.
The stress may feel overwhelming now but it's like a wave and it will pass and beneath it your natural calm remains.
Now bring your attention to the present moment.
You have the power to create space for calm even while you're stressed.
Feel your feet firmly on the ground or notice how your body is supported by the chair or the floor beneath you.
You are safe and capable right now even if stress is present.
Remember this feeling of stress is just a thought passing through.
It doesn't define your ability to handle what's ahead.
Your innate health,
The calm and clarity within is always there even when it feels buried under work pressure.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
