I know you're feeling frustrated right now so let's take two minutes to release that frustration and regain control over how you're feeling.
You can listen to this SOS reflection wherever you are at your desk,
After a tough conversation or during a quick break.
As you take a deep breath in,
Acknowledge the wisdom in taking this time to reset.
With each exhale,
Feel some of that tension release from your body,
Especially from areas like your shoulders,
Neck or jaw where frustration often builds up.
You can do this breathing exercise while sitting at your desk or standing up.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Remind yourself that frustration is just energy,
It doesn't define who you are or how you respond.
Each exhale helps you let go of that energy and make space for the calm that is always beneath.
Now bring your attention back to the present moment.
Feel your feet firmly on the ground or notice how your body feels supported by whatever you're leaning against.
You are capable of handling this situation with clarity.
Frustration is a passing thought,
It doesn't control your ability to respond thoughtfully.
Your innate health,
The calm and clarity within,
Is always there even when frustration clouds it.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
