Welcome to this guided meditation which will take you on a deep journey to the Golden Temples of Shambhala.

Shambhala resides in the heart of the Himalayan Mountains.

Prepare for a frequency infusion as we connect with the Ascended Master,

Jewel Kul,

And our higher self so we can connect to our inner wisdom,

Receive new gifts and upgraded codes.

This meditation is infused with crystal energy so you can receive all of the healing properties to support your spiritual growth.

I now ask for your permission as I connect with your energy.

Please just say yes if you're ready to do so.

Take a moment to start focusing on your breath.

As you feel the breath come in,

Down into your belly and out.

Breathing out your mouth,

Letting go of any negative energy you may be holding on to.

Now imagine you are drawing up energy from the bottom soles of your feet.

Connecting with Sacred Mother Earth,

We draw this energy up,

Up through our legs,

Up through our knees,

Our hips,

Belly,

Chest,

Up to our throat,

Up to our third eye,

Until it finally reaches our crown chakra at the top of our head.

Continue drawing that energy up from the soles of your feet,

Feeling it coming up,

Grounding your energy in.

Relaxing you deeper and deeper.

You start to feel really nice and relaxed.

As this energy has now reached the top of your head,

Imagine it cascading over you like a waterfall,

Washing away anything not required for your highest good.

Sense,

See or feel a golden wave now washing over you,

Over your entire being.

You are now inside the golden protective wave.

We now call upon our guides of the highest truth and integrity.

We call forth the four pillars of white platinum light,

An Archangel Metatron of the above space,

Bringing down the Christ Consciousness grid all the way from the Grand Central Sun.

See,

Sense or feel this Archangel coming down from the Grand Sun,

Through space,

Through the sky,

Bringing the cosmic Christ Consciousness grid down through the soul star chakra located above your head.

Now as we begin the visual part of this meditation I invite you to sense,

See or feel that you are sitting in the middle of a dark room.

There are no windows or furniture.

Although you are limited with your sight you begin to feel into the energy of this room.

It feels supportive and protective.

You know your guidance team is present and ready to support you at this time and there is no need to worry.

As you continue to scan the room you notice there is a tiny bit of light peeking under what appears to be a doorway.

You slowly get up and walk over to the door.

As you've reached for the doorknob it is round and cold to touch.

It easily turns and as you open the door you push the door open.

As you step out to the other side you step into darkness onto a pathway.

The pathway is made of clear crystal quartz and in the darkness you can just see only a few feet in front.

The pathway is lit up by the magical moonlight and this allows you to see where you are going.

You can't see anything on either side but you just keep following the pathway.

Up ahead you come to a crossroads.

You stop in the middle and you start to feel into which is the best way to go.

There are three options.

Left,

Right or to carry on straight.

There are no wrong ways only your chosen way.

Feel into that with your heart space and allow yourself to be guided.

As you walk along this new path the darkness is starting to ease and there is more light around you.

You can see you are surrounded by tall mountains and you can feel the energy is way bigger than yours.

These are the Himalayan mountains and as you look up they reach the top of the sky with their soaring heights and steep sided haggard peaks and you start to wonder why am I here?

You notice in the distance there is a black bird that is flying towards you.

It starts flying in and around and above and it appears to be a black raven.

She glides past with such grace and you know she has come to you for a reason.

As she circles back around she eventually lands just in front of you.

She is magnificent and so beautiful.

You introduce yourself and ask her name.

She telepathically tells you her name is Amala.

She explains that she has come to you today to dedicate and offer her protection.

She seems very friendly and majestic,

Jet black in color.

She oozes real boldness and confidence that you admire about her.

You are so grateful for her showing up today on this journey.

As you both continue on the path ahead you start to notice golden coins scattered along the path.

You pick one up and it feels heavy.

It seems like real gold.

You turn it over and it has a date of the year on the back.

I encourage you to remember this date that has been shown to you.

Up ahead you are now nearing to what appears to be a portal.

It feels safe and welcoming.

You look to Amala and she leads you through.

As soon as you step into this new space you feel alive.

You feel invigorated and you feel this immense feeling of loving healing energy washing all over you.

The colors all around you are vibrant and this place feels so magical.

You have reached Shambhala,

The city of lights hidden deep within the Himalayas.

A mystical place of enlightenment,

Wisdom and peace.

It stands in front of you showered with golden architect.

You notice a shrine over to the left and you make your way over.

There is a little table with incense,

Fruit,

Candles,

Flowers and bells.

It is set out beautifully and while you're standing there you are greeted by Jewel Kul and he is wearing an orange robe.

You notice his aura is filled with the color green.

He resides here and has stepped forth to support and guide you today.

He asks you to trust,

Relax and let your heart lead the way for this activation.

He invites you to place your hands in the prayer position as he begins to recite the initiation prayer.

Imagine yourself surrounded by the golden light of Shambhala and repeat this in your mind's eye.

Great masters and elders of Shambhala,

Thank you for helping me remember my Dharma so that I can have an enlightened awareness of the worlds.

You have now received your Shambhala initiation.

Guided by both they lead you over to a standalone room.

Through the windows you can see its interior is mainly dark wood and is a big open space.

As you enter you notice it is very quiet.

There are Tibetan prayer flags hanging decorating the walls and it has the most comfortable bedding laid out and around in a range of beautiful colors.

You are encouraged to sit down on the floor.

You get into a comfortable meditative position as Jawao Kul sits directly in front of you.

He dings his Tibetan bells together and places his head on the ground.

He begins by sending you a blessing.

The sound of his bells is piercing and loud but you feel an immediate shift.

He has just cleared any stagnant energy that was hindering your progress so that you can connect to your infinite potential.

He now places his hand on your left shoulder and closes his eyes.

You do the same.

He has the most amazing light that is coming from his heart space.

You welcome in his energy and are open to receiving.

You can feel him working on your energy as your body starts to tingle and realign.

You can feel your entire being recalibrate as it's being filled with this divine white light.

It fills your energy grids,

Your energy field.

It touches every single cell,

DNA strand,

Ounce of blood as well as your muscles.

You can feel it filling up your subconscious and conscious minds,

All of your emotional,

Mental,

Etheric,

Casual and chakra bodies.

It now feels like he's breathing a coil of fire all around your being,

Burning up anything that no longer serves,

Allowing new and vibrant energy to enter your body.

He begins to send you a loving activation for your highest and best good with the intention to help you activate any dormant channels and gifts that lie within that you are ready to receive at this time.

He now says to you,

Your soul knows the path to happiness for your soul's highest good.

Tune into your soul through meditation and trust the divine order of the universe.

When you listen to your angels and guides,

Know that I'm here helping them with your life path.

You only need to call my name and ask.

Moved by his gesture,

You thank him for his wisdom today.

It is now time to dive in even deeper.

As you're in this calm state,

Whatever it is,

Trust that this is an aspect of self that is coming forward for you today.

Take a few moments as you allow yourself to bathe in your own innate wisdom.

It is now being shared by your higher self.

While this is happening,

You are still receiving your healing activation.

Now that you've received your messages and guidance,

We thank your higher self and we take a mental note to journal later.

You now start to come out of this meditative state and open your eyes.

You start to get up and thank Jwal Kul for all of his help today and feel so invigorated and recharged.

No longer dark,

Fully illuminated and glowing just like you.
