This soothing meditation offers a soft landing for anyone feeling overwhelmed, vulnerable, or disconnected. Through gentle breathwork, sensory anchoring, and compassionate affirmations, listeners are invited to rest into a space of emotional steadiness—without pressure, without urgency. Layered with cues of touch, sound, light, and memory, the track helps regulate the nervous system and gently reframe fear into trust. Perfect for moments of emotional intensity, transitions, or quiet reflection, this track is a reminder that safety isn’t something we earn—it’s something we can return to, again and again. Hi there,

And welcome to this space.

In this space,

We're going to learn to rest into emotional safety.

This is a safe place,

It's a supportive place.

You don't have to fix anything.

You don't have to be ready.

You only have to arrive.

The fact that you are here means that you are already enough.

Let's take a moment to get comfortable.

Maybe lying yourself down,

Maybe supporting yourself,

Making any little adjustments to yourself,

To your environment,

To allow yourself to feel safe and supported.

Taking your time,

And let's begin by noticing your breath.

So we're not trying to change it,

We're just noticing.

Be curious.

This breath that's yours,

Just yours,

Allowing ourselves to inhale,

And then exhale,

Like a tide that knows its rhythm.

You,

Yourself,

Have your own rhythm,

Allow it,

Allow it to be,

As we start to tune into our breath,

Our body,

Noticing sensations,

And feeling the support beneath you,

The chair,

The bed,

The blanket,

The cushion,

Whatever it is,

Let it hold you,

Let it remind you,

You are allowed to rest,

You're allowed to be here.

This is where you need to be.

Let's gently scan through our body,

Through our space,

Using our senses,

Just noticing,

What do you hear?

What do you feel against your skin?

Is there a scent in the air,

A taste in your mouth,

Maybe a colour in your gaze?

Noticing these things,

And letting these cues anchor you,

Maybe placing your hand onto your heart if that's comfortable,

You are here,

You are safe,

And affirming to ourselves I am allowed to feel,

I am allowed to soften,

I am allowed to feel,

I am allowed to soften.

Next I'd like you to imagine a warm light surrounding you.

Maybe it's shining down above you,

Bathing you in light,

Maybe it comes from within,

This light is the colour of comfort,

Whatever that means to you,

It moves with you,

It adapts to you,

And it says you are safe to be exactly as you are.

If your heart feels heavy,

Let it rest in this light,

Let your body rest in this light.

If your thoughts feel loud,

Let them flow,

Like leaves on water,

You don't have to push them away,

You don't have to solve them,

You can simply notice,

Notice that they're there,

And breathe,

Coming back to the breath,

The breath,

The rhythm of the tide,

The inhales and the exhales,

And again if it's comfortable,

Maybe placing your hand on your heart,

And affirming to yourself,

I am not my fear,

I am not my thoughts,

I am the one who breathes beneath them,

I am not my fear,

I am not my thoughts,

I am the one who breathes beneath them.

Now I'd like you to picture a place that feels emotionally safe to you,

It might be a quiet room,

A sunlit garden,

A memory of being held,

Take a moment to think of somewhere,

And then as we breathe in,

And then out,

Let yourself arrive there,

Taking ourself to this place where you feel safe,

Let your body remember what safety feels like,

Let your breath move through that space,

Visualising what it is like to be there,

And affirming to ourselves again,

I am worthy of safety,

I am worthy of peace,

I am worthy of safety,

I am worthy of peace.

Allowing emotions to arise,

Anything that shows up is valid,

Greeting those emotions gently,

You can say,

I see you,

You're allowed to be here,

Return to that night,

Return to the rhythm of safety,

It's no wrong thing to feel here,

Anything that shows up here is valid,

I see you,

You're allowed to be here,

Welcome it in,

With curiosity,

You are not broken,

You are not too much,

And you are not alone,

Allowing space for these emotions,

Knowing that you are safe,

You are in this place of safety,

And as you breathe,

Breathing in scents and smells,

Hearing those sounds,

Maybe seeing images,

Feeling that place beneath you,

Anchoring yourself with these cues of safety,

Knowing that you are showing courage by being here,

I see you,

You're allowed to be here,

You are not broken,

You are not too much,

You are not alone,

And allowing ourselves to affirm again,

So as we come to a close,

Feeling the support beneath you,

Feeling that steadiness grow within you,

You carry it with you,

You carry it within you,

And finally affirming to ourselves one more time,

Emotional safety lives within me,

I return to it with love,

Emotional safety lives within me,

I return to it with love,

Thank you so much for breathing with me today,

Take care,

And see you soon.
