Hello and welcome to this guided meditation and sleep affirmations track.

My name is Jeremiah Hoft and today we're going to work together to reprogram your subconscious mind to overcome the limiting beliefs surrounding addiction and to help you heal from any traumas that may be associated with it.

You fully deserve to move forward in life in the driver's seat,

Filled with joy,

Love and connection,

And not held back by limiting,

Compulsive,

Self-defeating behaviors.

Because of the nature of the subconscious mind,

We can work with it during your sleep while you're not consciously aware,

And implant new empowering beliefs.

So if you haven't already,

I encourage you to find a comfortable place in your bed,

Put on an eye mask if you wish,

And get ready to lie back and drift into a deep,

Deep sleep.

Go ahead and pause this track if you need to before we begin.

We'll begin,

As always,

By guiding you through a progressive relaxation to help induce a deep,

Restful,

Nurturing sleep before we begin with the affirmations.

Go ahead,

Close your eyes,

Relax your body,

And just give yourself permission to sink deeply into the comfort and support of your bed,

Allowing your breath to take its natural course,

Breathing just as it wills,

As you sit and lay in observation,

Letting go of any effort or doing,

And just trusting,

Surrendering,

And slipping deeper and deeper into comfort peace,

Safety,

And rest.

I invite you to bring your awareness into your toes,

Each individual toe from the pinky toe,

Over slowly to the big toe,

Then to the bottoms of your feet,

And the tops of your feet,

Your ankle,

And shins,

And knees,

And as you exhale,

Just letting any tension here drop out,

Letting go of any gripping,

Any holding,

Releasing all control and effort,

Feeling the weight of your legs and the bed,

And bringing awareness now from your knees up through your thighs,

Into your hips,

Your low back and stomach,

Again allowing yourself to release any tension here,

To let go of any gripping,

To surrender to the gravity's pull and the support of your bed,

Moving higher up now with our awareness to the upper back and chest,

The shoulders,

And arms,

And elbows,

And letting go of any tension and any energy that is no longer serving you,

Your body to just be,

Moving your awareness now up from the hands to the neck and jaw,

The cheeks and around the eyes,

And finally coming up to the band around the head,

Around the temples and the forehead,

Through the scalp to the tip top of your head,

And letting go of any and all tension,

And then moving your awareness through from the top of your head down through your body,

And allowing yourself to sink more deeply into a comfortable,

Peaceful,

Restful sleep as you feel the weight of your body in the bed,

The comfort of the blanket over you,

And you relax and ease into a well-deserved night of sleep.
