Hello and welcome to this short breathwork flow for clarity and presence.
We're going to jump right in.
So find a comfortable seat and it's best to do this with your spine upright.
We're going to be taking 30 Kapalabhati breaths.
These breaths are a forceful exhale through the nose and the inhale happens passively or reflexively.
Following this,
We will take a final inhale and hold this at the top for 15 to 20 seconds.
So if you're ready,
Let's begin by taking a relaxing breath in through the nose in 3,
2,
1.
Breathing all the way in,
Pausing briefly at the top and letting go.
And we'll begin our Kapalabhati breaths in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1,
Begin.
You're about halfway there,
Keep on going,
3,
2,
1 and take a deep breath in,
Filling all the way up and holding,
Getting present and just noticing the sounds around you,
Noticing any sensations in your body and you can let go in 3,
2,
1,
Letting it fall out,
Relaxing your body and letting any tension go with your exhale.
Beautiful,
Nicely done.
Now allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm and just noticing any shifts in your awareness and the quality of your presence.
And remember,
This practice is available to you anywhere,
Anytime.
So have a beautiful day,
Namaste.
