And trust in yourself Not by forcing positivity,
But by breathing with presence and awareness Moving back and forth from the emotions of self-doubt to the emotions of courage and confidence This track is part of the Emotional Alchemy Breathwork series So if you'd like to hear some of the theory behind it,

All you need to know is that we'll be breathing in one emotion and breathing out the other Remember you're always in control.

You can pause and ground or bring a deeper layer to a trusted professional These practices are here to support healing,
But they're not meant to replace professional care So find a comfortable seat,
Preferably with your spine upright You can let your hands rest gently on your lap and close your eyes Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling all the way up And exhale slowly through your mouth,
Letting your shoulders soften Feeling the weight of your body into the seat beneath you Breathing in again through the nose,
Filling all the way up And relaxing and letting go Feeling the support beneath you Continuing to breathe in deeply through the nose,
Filling up With each exhale,
Softening and letting go It's okay to soften,
And it's safe to feel So take another deep breath in through your nose,
Filling all the way up And let it go,
Relaxing Continuing to take deep,
Full breaths in through your nose And out through your mouth And as you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to your heart space,
The center of your chest Allow or welcome this space to open a little bit Letting your shoulders drop or your chest broaden Notice any sensations here you feel Tightness Or maybe expansion Maybe a tingling or a warmth Whatever you feel or notice is just perfect Continuing to invite this space to open Not forcing Just welcoming the idea of a little bit more openness in your heart space As you continue to breathe Now on your next inhale,
Begin to breathe in the energy of confidence Feel it filling your body From your lungs and expanding outward into your limbs and legs Feeling the trust in yourself That steady,
Grounded knowing that you are capable And continue on your inhales to breathe in this confidence or this courage Allowing any memories of this feeling state to arise Or if it's more of a sensation for you,
Being with that Exhaling and letting go,
Relaxing And inhaling and breathing in confidence and courage Self-trust Now on your next exhale,
I invite you to exhale the feeling of doubt Of insecurity Of worry Just let it all go Inhaling the confidence and courage And exhaling the doubt Breathing in trust and a sense of knowing And letting the doubt leave the body on the exhale as you feel yourself getting lighter and lighter Continuing to breathe in this rhythm In through the nose,
Filling all the way up with that beautiful courage and confidence And letting go and just trusting the doubt is leaving your body on the exhale Each inhale Focusing and reminding your body what it feels like to believe in yourself And each exhale,
Softening and releasing the old stories that say you can't If it helps as you do this process,
Allow memories to surface When you're thinking of courage and belief in yourself,
Remember a time when you felt that way When you palpably felt it in your body And when you're exhaling,
Just allow the intention to carry that feeling of I'm not sure To carry that out and away Knowing and trusting in the power of intention Breathing in and remembering how you showed up fully and made something happen Feeling that memory light up inside of your chest or wherever it shows up in your body Expanding on each inhale Breathing in that energy of self-trust And exhaling the old patterns of hesitation and self-judgment Keeping the breath steady and rhythmic By now you might start noticing a subtle shift in your body Your posture lifting or your heart opening more Your breath feeling fuller and easier That could be your body remembering who you are If your mind is wandering,
Gently bringing it back without judgment to your breath and intention And now allow yourself on the exhales to just drop the self-doubt Let go of the idea Let go of the intention And just let the breath of exhale be a breath of relaxation again Continuing to breathe in courage And then exhaling and just relaxing and letting go Breathing in and feeling that sense of inner power rising through your body into your chest And exhaling and just letting go And now allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm Letting go of control Allowing the breath to simply breathe itself Reminding yourself that it's safe to feel confident It's safe to trust yourself And it's safe to believe in your abilities I invite you to take a couple of moments and to just be present with the sensations in your body Especially if you can feel that sense of courage and confidence Welcome it Feel it And remember it The more you practice something like this,
The more your nervous system learns that confidence is safe and you don't need to prove it Just breathe it in and remember it I hope you carry this feeling of capability with you into your day and your week ahead Many blessings and namaste Namaste
