On the final exhale, you’ll hold the breath out, then transition into seven deep, calming breaths through the nose, ending with a full inhale and a short hold to seal the practice. This combination of breathing patterns helps reset your nervous system, bringing you into a tranquil state of calm presence and peace, balanced with a gentle alertness.
