Alright,

Settle in,

Wherever you are right now,

Standing,

Sitting,

Stretched out on the couch.

Just take a moment to arrive.

This is 6 minutes to reset your body,

Clear your head and build some quiet momentum.

Not hype,

Not motivation speeches,

Just breath and the truth of where you are at.

Start by breathing in and out through your nose,

Nice and easy,

No force,

Just letting the system know that you're here.

Let the shoulders drop,

Let the jaw unclench,

Let the belly soften.

We're going to move into a down regulation breath pattern.

It's quite simple,

Inhale for 4 seconds,

Hold for 2,

Exhale for 6.

All in and out through the nose.

On my count,

We will begin,

3,

2,

1,

Inhale,

2,

3,

4,

Hold,

1,

2,

Exhale,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

Again,

Inhale,

2,

3,

4,

Hold,

1,

2,

Exhale,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

Stay with it,

Every slow exhale is your nervous system letting go.

Letting go of the noise,

Letting go of the pressure,

Letting go of the part of you that tries to sprint when you really need is simply rhythm.

Inhale,

2,

3,

4,

Hold,

1,

2,

Exhale,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

Good.

Inhale,

2,

3,

4,

Hold,

1,

2,

Exhale,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

Now just come to breathing normally,

Feel your body soften,

Feel your mind settle.

This is what momentum actually feels like at the start,

Quiet,

Controlled and intentional,

Not rushed,

Not frantic,

Just steady.

We're shifting now into 5 by 5 breathing,

Inhale for 5 seconds,

Exhale for 5 seconds,

All nasal,

Smooth and even.

Inhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

Again,

Inhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

Keep that rhythm,

In for 5,

Out for 5,

Simple,

Solid,

Reliable.

This is the kind of breath that builds internal momentum,

The kind you can trust.

Not the big flashy stuff,

Not the perfect days,

Just showing up,

Breath after breath,

Moment after moment,

In for 5,

Out for 5.

Let your body take over,

Let the breath become the pace setter,

Slow,

Grounded,

Unshakable.

Because momentum isn't about going fast,

It's about not stopping,

It's about backing yourself quietly,

Consistently,

Without needing applause for it.

Inhale for 5,

Exhale for 5.

A few more rounds now,

Feel the breath widening your ribs as you inhale,

Feel the exhale clearing space in your mind,

Feel the whole system settling into something steady,

Something strong.

Inhale for 5,

Exhale for 5.

Let your breath return to normal now,

Just notice how you feel,

Not trying to judge it,

Just notice.

Maybe you're a little calmer,

Maybe your chest feels lighter,

Maybe your thoughts have slowed down just enough to hear yourself again.

That's growth,

Right there,

It's subtle,

It's quiet,

And it builds.

Before we close,

Take one final slow inhale through your nose,

Hold it gently,

And exhale fully through your nose.

Carry this steadiness with you.

Let today be about quiet momentum,

The kind of quietness that you want to be.

The kind that actually lasts.

You're ready.

Let's get on with it.
