Focus on the gentle dark colour behind your eyes and breathe sweetly.

I greet this day with curiosity,
Appreciation and love.
Now focus on your navel,
Breathing into your centre.

Breathe here,
Allowing your navel to rise and fall.
Then gently take your awareness down to your tailbone.
Imagine roots coming from your tailbone going straight down into the earth.
