Welcome to today's meditation provided by Zenimi.
I'm Kelly,
One of the private practice coaches on the team.
We don't count it as an accident that you chose to press play on today's meditation.
You deserve to be here.
It is no accident.
Make sure that you are in a safe space,
Able to focus,
Able to breathe,
Make noise,
Move,
Whatever your body needs to do,
But that you feel comfortable and able to give yourself a few moments to tap in to what you need today.
This meditation was created for you knowing that there is a lot going on as you run your private practice,
And there are a lot of fears that may be creeping up.
Not only for you but for your clients as well.
Sometimes we need to take a moment to recalibrate and get in touch with the good that is within us.
So if you are in a safe place,
You may be seated or lying down,
And you feel ready.
Let's begin with three long breaths.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth,
And if you feel the need on the exhale to make sound,
Let your body do what it needs to do.
Inhaling,
And exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now let your breath return to normal,
Whatever that looks like for you,
Where there is ease,
Where it automatically wants to find rhythm,
Depth.
I'm going to do a brief body scan,
Just noticing where our bodies are at in this moment,
Starting at the tip of your toes,
Noticing any tension,
Sensation,
Letting your body just speak to you without judgment.
Scanning up your feet,
Your legs,
Your torso,
Down your arms,
Up your neck,
Your face,
To the top of your head.
And in this moment,
I want you to thank your body for any signals that it is giving you,
Whether they be pleasant,
Stressful,
Painful.
Your body is speaking.
Just listen.
I imagine it is grateful for you taking the time to listen to what it has to say.
Now let's move to your mind.
What thoughts have you been carrying with you?
Maybe some of them are positive.
You're excited,
Happy.
Maybe there is fear mixed in there as you think about your practice,
Your clients,
And your business.
Just going to observe the thoughts,
Their quality,
Their content,
Letting them float by us.
Your mind has a lot to say sometimes.
Today,
Just for this moment,
I'm going to listen without engaging,
Just observing.
I want you to thank your mind for what it has shared with you,
The information that it has given you as to what is going on.
You slow down and observe.
Next,
We move to your heart.
Imagine this heart space.
Often it is filled with love.
There are other emotions in there too.
What does your heart have to say?
How has it been feeling?
Emotions need to be expressed.
Listen to your heart for a moment.
Suspend any judgment,
Criticism.
Just simply observing,
Taking note of our heart.
As you listen,
I want you to thank your heart for what it has shared with you.
Now,
I want you to tap into your spirit,
Your energy,
Your wise self.
It's constantly flowing through you,
Guiding you,
Moving you.
What does your spirit have to say?
Where are you right in this moment?
As you talk to your spirit,
With openness and curiosity,
Getting a sense for your energy,
What has been flowing through you?
What does your wise self have to say?
I want you to thank your spirit for speaking,
For giving you more information.
And as you think about the fears or worries that you have,
You can come back to these four parts.
They are you.
They work together to support you.
You can visualize them.
Imagine hearing their voices.
You may even ascribe a character to them.
They want to see you succeed.
They want you to find the joy and the ease.
They can guide you to confidence.
They can take care of you,
Support you.
And often,
Each of these parts,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your heart,
And your spirit,
Will do this freely,
Without force.
Each part created to lift you up and to serve you for a good life.
You are never alone.
You have the wisdom of these four parts working together in harmony.
They have given you information today about what you need.
Maybe you need to trust.
Maybe you need to let go.
Maybe you need to remember the good that is within you,
That you have knowledge,
That you have support,
That you have intelligence,
Emotional breadth and depth.
No matter what is happening in the world,
They are here to create safety for you.
Let this be a reminder that you are not alone,
That you have access to great information within yourself.
Breathe that in.
Reminding yourself of the good,
And with each breath,
Letting that fill you with more confidence and courage.
You are a whole person.
You may have a calling.
You may have gifts.
And you are so much more than what you do.
You are who you embody,
Who you express,
How you feel,
Emotionally and physically.
There are many facets and parts to who you are,
And they are all wanting to work together to lift you up.
With each breath,
Feel that lift.
Feel that power that you have within you.
Thank yourself.
Thank your mind for the gifts that it gives you.
Wisdom,
Intelligence.
Thank your body for the gifts that it gives you,
Supporting you so that you can move through this world.
Thank your spirit for its levity and its desire to guide you towards more joy,
More light.
Thank your heart for its openness and how it receives and gives love.
Thank yourself for just taking these few moments to tap into all of who you are,
To access information as to what you need right now.
You get to decide how you respond to the information given to you today.
You get to decide how you take care of you.
There is a great power within you,
And just in a few minutes you have accessed that power.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Let's do one more body scan.
Where do you feel you're at now?
Starting at your toes,
Moving up your legs,
Your torso,
Down your shoulder,
To the tips of your fingers,
Up your neck,
Your face,
To the top of your head.
Is anything different?
What do you notice?
Just take a moment to observe.
Set the intention to take the lesson from this moment with you,
And know that you can always come back to these four spaces within.
Talk with them,
Learn from them,
And integrate them to your day.
Use them to protect you from the fear,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Sadness.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Look around your space as if it's the first time you've ever been here.
A beginner's mind starts now.
