If you find that you’re struggling to find your way out of stuckness or a challenging situation, this affirmation statement meditation will help you start to feel the possibilities by helping you remember your worth. Reminding you of everything you are and all you have to be grateful for, is a simple approach to resetting your mindset. Repeating I Am affirmations consistently to yourself can trigger the reward center in the brain; allowing you to feel good about yourself while developing your sense of self-worth. I recommend listening to this meditation daily to get you through life’s sticky moments, and I wish you well on your journey.

Welcome to this I Am Affirmation meditation.

I recommend listening to this meditation daily,

If you can.

Maybe in the morning when you wake up,

Just switch on your phone before you even open your eyes,

Or you have to open your eyes to switch on your phone.

But after that,

Just push play and let it play whilst you're still lying in bed,

Or you can sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor in a cross-legged position.

Wriggle out any movement from your body and settle in.

We're about to begin.

We're going to start by gently closing down the eyes or lowering your gaze,

Whichever feels most comfortable for you in this moment.

Start by simply noticing your breath without trying to change it.

Noticing whether it's jagged or smooth,

Noticing where you feel the breath and where the movement is in your body.

We're going to direct the breath in a certain way and get into a rhythm with it.

If you can breathe in and out through your nose,

Do that.

If you're congested and need the help of your mouth to breathe,

That's okay too.

Do as much as you can in and out through the nose and use the mouth where necessary.

Start by focusing on filling the belly with your inhale.

Imagine that the belly is a little balloon that is filling up with every breath that you take in.

And then with the exhale,

The balloon is gently deflating as if your fingertips opened up the top of the balloon to release the air naturally.

The inhale is gentle but full.

The exhale is also gentle and not forced.

Continue and find your own rhythm of the breath and start to notice how your body feels in this moment.

Continuing with the breath,

Notice the temperature of the body,

Whether it's hot or cold,

Tingly or still,

Heavy or feeling light as a feather,

Floating on a breeze or feeling grounded.

Notice if you feel any tension in your body and breathe into those areas.

Try and soften every part of your experience,

Loosening with each breath,

Lightening the load you're carrying by shifting focus away from your tasks or challenges and rather bringing your focus to your body and your breath.

Even if just for this short meditation.

And if you find that your mind does wander back to the things that you are struggling with or your mental checklist,

Don't beat yourself up about it.

Just notice with awareness and come back to the breath and back to the body.

And slowly start to bring your attention to the area around your heart.

Start to notice the heart space and imagine that it is emanating a feeling of warmth.

And with that warmth,

The glow of light is also coming from the heart space.

It doesn't need to be a bright light,

Even a soft glow or eminence will do.

But with each breath,

You can feel the heat and the glow breathing with you.

Notice the heart space,

Notice the warmth,

Notice the glow.

Imagine as if you're breathing in and out through that beautiful,

Warm,

Glowing heart space.

Your inhale and your exhale are moving from the heart and filling that area with energy,

Vitality,

And vibrancy.

Noticing that you are in this moment.

There is nowhere else for you to be.

And noticing the gift that this moment is.

Express gratitude for this time in space,

For this time that you are spending with yourself,

For this time that you are spending in feeling the sensation of gratitude that warms up the heart space and that increases that glow.

The gratitude acting as a fuel source for the glow and for that frequency of light and energy that is emanating from your heart space,

Making it deeper and richer.

Staying in the heart space and in the sensation of gratitude,

We are going to repeat the following affirmations to ourselves.

You can say them out loud or repeat them silently in your mind to yourself.

Feel each one as you hear the words and repeat them.

Feel them in your heart space and tingling all around your body and around you.

I will give you enough time after each affirmation to repeat it to yourself.

So let's begin.

I am worthy.

I am worthy of all the gifts that this life can offer me.

I am worthy of love and acceptance.

I am worthy of all the wonderful things that I dream of and hope for.

I am worthy.

I am capable.

I am capable of anything I set my mind and my heart to.

I am capable of greatness and greatness runs through me like a current.

I am capable of love and being loved and of loving myself deeply.

I am capable.

I am enough.

I am brave enough.

I am smart enough.

I am good enough.

I am good enough in all the ways that I could ever imagine.

I always have been enough.

I always will be enough.

And that will never change based on anyone's opinions of me.

I am love and I am the embodiment of love.

I love myself deeply.

I am love and I choose love in all ways through all actions and words.

I am expansive.

I am constantly growing and expanding into this divine existence.

I am expanding in love.

I am expanding in compassion for myself and for others.

I am expanding in my gifts and my skills.

I am expanding in the way that I show up in my life.

I am expansive.

I am limitless.

I am unlimited in everything I do and everything I want to achieve.

I am unlimited in how I approach my life.

I am unlimited in how I stay open to every possibility and outcome.

I am unlimited.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for all my blessings.

I am grateful to be me.

I am grateful for my life.

I am whole.

I am complete.

I am limitless.

I am expansive.

I am loved.

I am enough.

I am capable.

I am worthy.

I am grateful.

And so it is.

Thank you so much for meditating with me.

My name is Catherine Stott from The Physical Evolution.

Namaste to you and go gently into your day,

Your week,

Your month,

Your year and your life.
