I invite you to close down your eyes.
Bring your awareness inward and just take three deep breaths in your own time,
In your own pace,
Inhaling through your nose,
Opening your mouth and exhaling out on a sigh.
And one more time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Opening your mouth and sighing out.
And one last time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Opening your mouth and sighing out,
Letting that go and just being present with my voice for a few minutes.
I want you to take inventory,
Take stock of all the things that are going on in your head right now,
All the things that are bubbling up in your heart right now,
All the things that your nervous system is holding onto,
All the things in your energetic fields.
Take stock,
Take an inventory,
Because in any one minute,
We have a lot of drawers open.
We have a lot of stockpiling going on,
And it might be that it's our to-do list for tomorrow,
For the next day,
For a month from now,
For three years from now,
For 10 years from now.
It might be all the stuff that we went through in this previous day,
This previous week,
This previous month,
This previous year,
Something that happened when you were seven.
It might be that you were around somebody today who's allowed themselves to be free with your energy,
And you might not have been aware.
And so you're holding onto a piece of their inventory,
Their stockpile.
It might be that your heart has been holding onto a sadness,
A resentment,
An anger,
All three of those at the same time.
So just take inventory.
And when I say take inventory,
It doesn't mean that you have to be pulled into it.
When we take inventory,
We do it without judgment and without blame,
Because that just adds to the inventory,
My friends.
We simply witness,
We simply scan our bodies for whatever is being stuck within them,
The drawers that are open,
The file cabinets that are open,
The closets that are open.
And we just notice them,
Because that's what being human's about.
We come with trauma.
We come with feelings.
We come with messiness.
We come with having to learn boundaries.
And sometimes it takes a lifetime.
So just notice your inventory without judgment,
Without blame,
Just witnessing what's here for you now in this moment.
And while you're taking inventory,
Simply inhale and exhale at your own pace,
Not manipulating it,
Just keeping your awareness,
Flipping through the pages of your inventory.
What have you stockpiled?
And some of that inventory will be creative and beautiful.
And some of that inventory will be full of love and joy and happiness.
Some of the things that you've stockpiled are there to keep you going for your next big thing.
It's beautiful.
Just because we're taking inventory doesn't mean that they are all things that would hold you back or that feel heavy.
So just allow your awareness to scan through your physical body.
Maybe you're holding on to stress or tension,
Aches,
Pains,
Injuries.
Just notice without judgment,
Without blame,
What are you holding on to in your physical body?
Oftentimes fear gets caught in our physical body.
Once you've scanned through your physical body,
Move on to your mental body.
Notice your mental body and what your mental body is stockpiling.
Is it stockpiling the past?
Is it stockpiling the future?
Is it stockpiling thoughts,
Belief systems?
What's there?
What are on the shelves of your mental body in the current moment?
Just notice.
Just notice.
You don't have to go deep within everything that's there,
Each thought,
Each belief system.
You can simply witness it.
And go into your emotional body.
What is your emotional body stockpiling?
What emotions are being held?
What emotions are open?
Just notice it.
You don't have to go into those emotions.
We're just witnessing.
Witnessing what's open.
Knowing what's open.
Taking inventory of what's open.
Then let's bring your awareness to your energetic body.
What are you holding onto?
What are you stockpiling in your energetic body?
In your energy?
How much of it is yours and how much of it is someone else's?
Just notice.
Just witness.
No judgment.
No blame.
No shame.
Just notice it.
This is being human.
This is part of the human journey to collect inventory and stockpile and learn how to move through it.
Learn how to move through the lessons.
Learn how to clear.
Now that you've taken inventory of the physical body,
The mental body,
The emotional body,
And the energetic body,
Might you zoom out a little to see all of the inventory,
All of the open drawers,
All of what is in this present moment that is yours?
What is not yours?
All the good and the bad,
The light and the dark,
All of it.
Just notice it.
No judgment.
No blame.
Take a breath.
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
It might be a lot.
It might be a little.
It's not good or bad.
Inhale through your nose.
It's human.
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
And with your awareness on all of the inventory that you're holding onto in this moment,
Might you imagine closing those drawers,
Closing those doors?
Might you imagine clearing anything that is not yours?
And let me tell you how easy it is.
All you have to do is commit to it.
We have free will in this human life.
We have free will.
And so you get to choose to decide to clear anything that's not yours.
You have to have conviction.
You have to be ready.
You can clear anything that's not yours,
That's not in your highest and greatest good.
Go now.
Yeah?
Go now.
Conviction.
Truth.
Honesty.
If you don't want it there,
It will not stay.
For those things that you want to keep in your inventory,
You can simply imagine closing the drawer for now,
Yeah?
Closing the drawers of that file cabinet,
Putting away the inventory.
You can imagine sweeping up.
You can imagine tidying up for those things that you want to keep,
But they don't need to be out.
They don't need to be cluttering your present moment.
They're still there,
Just not out in the open.
So for the things that you want to keep,
You simply close the doors,
Simply close the drawers.
For those things that are not yours,
It's conviction.
It is honesty and truth when you say,
Get out,
Because we have free will.
So taking a deep breath in,
Imagining all those things that are not yours,
That are not in your highest and greatest good,
Bringing them up to your surface.
And on that exhale,
Blow it out through your mouth.
Do that two more times,
Inhaling,
Pulling up everything that's not yours,
Everything that is not in your highest and greatest good,
And blow it out through your lips.
And one last time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Inhaling all of the things that are not yours,
All of the things that are not in your highest and greatest good,
And blow it out through your mouth.
Go now.
Take a moment to close any drawers that are left open,
Close any cabinet doors that you need to,
To tidy up anything that's left,
Knowing you can open that drawer any time you need.
You can open that other cabinet door any time you need.
It's always there.
And then bring your awareness back to your breath,
Just noticing your inhale and your exhale,
Noticing the depths of breath,
Noticing the space in your breath,
Noticing the relaxation in your breath right now.
We're going to do three physiological sighs,
And that's two gentle sips in through your nose,
Sounds like this,
Opening your mouth and sighing out.
So we'll do three.
Here we go.
Two gentle sips in through your nose,
Open your mouth and sighing it out.
And again,
Two gentle sips in through your nose,
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
And one last time,
Two gentle sips in through the nose,
Open your mouth and sighing it out,
Releasing that.
Gently wiggling your fingers or rolling your shoulders,
Gently moving your head or undulating your spine,
Coming back into your physicality.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes gently to a clearer you,
To a more open you.
Enjoy your day.
