Welcome.

I'm Jocelyn.

Just closing down your eyes for a few minutes and allowing your awareness to turn inward.

Allowing your awareness to gently move from the top of your head,

Down the front of your face,

The back of your head,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

Chest,

Upper back,

All the way down the spine and the front of the body,

Down the hips and the legs,

All the way down the calves to the ankles and the toes,

Down both arms,

All the way down to the tips of the fingers.

Bringing your awareness to the shape of your body right now.

Can you sense the shape of your body?

Can you sense the spaces,

The curves,

The angles?

Can you sense the density in your body,

The density of your thighs,

The density of your feet and your shoulders?

Can you sense the temperature of the air on your skin?

Just taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through the nose,

Opening your mouth and sighing out.

Inhaling through your nose,

Opening your mouth and sighing out.

And one last time,

Inhaling through your nose,

Opening your mouth and sighing out.

And letting that go.

With your awareness inward,

Is there a part of your body that is calling your awareness?

It might be a place of discomfort,

Ache,

Maybe flexibility,

Or a place of warmth.

It might be a tiny place,

A nook and cranny in your body,

Or it might be a large muscle.

Wherever your awareness is called,

Allow it to settle there.

Allowing your breath to move through this area with each inhale and exhale,

Loosening,

Expanding,

Freeing.

And might you ask this area of your body this question,

What would you like me to know today?

What would you like me to know today?

And simply allow your awareness to stay here and listen and witness for an answer.

And the answer might come in a vision,

A sound,

An aroma.

It might come in a beautiful wave of feeling,

Sensation.

What do you want me to know today?

And once you have your answer,

Just allowing your awareness to scan back up from your feet,

Ankles and legs,

All the way up to the hips,

The front of the torso,

The back of the torso,

The back of the head,

The front of the face and your ears,

All the way up to the top of your head.

And when you're ready,

You can begin to open your eyes.

You might want to put a hand over that area.

Give it a bit of gratitude,

Thank you,

Or love for communicating with you today.

And you might want to write about what you experienced.

This is the kind of check-in that you can do at any time.

And it's interesting to do it a few days in a row or for a week to see the different places your awareness is called in your body.

And as you take action on the wisdom,

Where you begin to witness the wisdom from your body and act on it,

It's interesting to see what shifts in your life.

Thank you again.

I'm so very grateful for all of you here.

My name is Jocelyn.

Namaste.
