In this Guided Curiosity we'll be exploring your Akashic Records. This is an introduction to your Akashic Records. Everyone will experience their own Akashic Records in a different and unique way, it may take a few guided curiosities to trust yourself completely in this space - and your experience of your Akashic Records may shift a bit each time you visit them. Welcome,

I'm Jocelyn.

This is a guided curiosity into the space of your Akashic Records.

The Akashic Records are a space,

A dimension of pure knowledge,

And this is a simple guided relaxation into that space,

And in that space everything has meaning for you.

So before we start this guided curiosity,

Let's set the intention together to experience your Akashic Record space.

So if you could just take a deep breath into your nose,

Open your mouth and sigh it out.

Inhaling through your nose,

Opening your mouth and sighing it out.

And inhaling through your nose,

Opening your mouth and sighing it out.

You might want to bring some sound to that exhale,

And maybe you can bring a hand to your heart,

Or two hands to your heart,

Gently lacing your awareness around that heart space,

Softening,

Feeling the heat of your own hands,

Feeling it just a gentle pressure of your own hands on the heart space,

Allowing it to soften.

You might even take a few breaths into this place where your hands and your heart meet.

And set the intention for yourself to experience the space of your Akashic Records,

To simply experience the space and energy of your Akashic Records.

I am experiencing the space of my Akashic Records.

You might say that to yourself silently.

And allowing your hands to come down to your sides or on your thighs,

And finding a bit of stillness in your body,

Whether you are sitting or laying down,

Just allowing your breath to be your natural rhythm,

Your natural inhale and your natural exhale.

I am going to bring us through a short rotation of consciousness.

As I bring your awareness to different parts of the body,

Allow your awareness to wash over that part gently,

Inviting it to top of the head,

Back of the head,

Right ear,

Right inner ear,

Left inner ear,

Left ear,

Left temple,

Left eyelid,

Globe of the eye,

All the little muscles behind the left eye,

The left eye,

Center of the forehead,

The mind's eye,

The right eye,

Globe of the eye,

All the little muscles behind the right eye,

Right eyelid,

Right temple,

Right cheekbone,

Right nostril,

Tip of the nose,

Left nostril,

Left cheekbone,

Jaw,

Hinges of the jaw,

Roof of the mouth,

Inside of the right cheek,

Inside of the left cheek,

Tip of the tongue,

Back of the tongue,

Center of the throat,

Back of the neck,

Right shoulder,

Elbow,

Wrist,

Right palm of the hand,

Right thumb,

First finger,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Right shoulder blade,

Center of the back,

Left shoulder blade,

Left shoulder,

Elbow,

Wrist,

Center of the palm,

Left thumb,

First finger,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Left shoulder,

Center of the chest,

Right ribs,

Center of the belly,

Left ribs,

The pelvic bowl,

Right hip,

Knee,

Ankle,

Center of the bottom of the right foot,

All five toes of the right foot,

Top of the foot,

Right hip,

Center of the lower back,

Left hip,

Knee,

Ankle,

Center of the bottom of the left foot,

All five toes of the left foot,

Top of the foot,

Left hip,

The pelvic bowl,

The root,

Energy center,

The center of the heart,

The right side of the body,

The whole right side of the body and the left hemisphere of the brain,

The left side of the body,

The whole left side of the body and the right hemisphere of the brain,

The whole body,

The whole body.

And just allowing yourself to let that go and breathe your natural breath whenever your inhale comes,

Whenever your exhale comes,

Allowing your body to be breathed in your most natural and beautiful way.

And might you call in a spirit guide or guardian angel or ancestor and ask them to bring you to your Akashic record space.

Allowing yourself to follow.

Remember this is a space unique to you.

It won't look like anyone else's Akashic record space.

It is the space of your soul's knowledge.

And when you feel that you are in your Akashic record space,

Just be in that energy.

Notice how it feels.

How does your body feel in this space?

You might feel tingly or very still and calm.

You might feel cold or warm.

You might feel expansive or contracted.

What does your body feel like in this space?

And within this space of your Akashic records,

Look around with your eyes.

Do you notice structures,

Colors,

Objects,

Shapes?

Just from where you stand,

Look around and take in what you see.

You may not see anything.

You may feel.

You may know.

You may smell and hear things here.

You may not get a visual and that is okay.

But might you just open your eyes to this space.

Do you notice elements of the outdoors or indoors?

Do you notice windows or skylines or horizons?

Notice for yourself what the lighting is like here.

And just look around this space.

It may be busy.

It may be calm.

It may be bare or barren.

And it may be full.

There is no right or wrong here.

This place will shift with you.

So look around.

Take it in every detail.

And might you begin to open up your inner ears to this space.

Do you notice any sounds?

Do you notice any vibrations dancing in your inner ear?

Can you hear the speed of things in this space?

Can you hear the whisper of knowledge in this space?

You may or may not.

But open up your inner ears and be witness to the sounds and the vibrations here.

And might you open up your nose to the aromas of this place.

When you take a breath in,

Does it feel ancient or newly born?

Does it smell like nature or like a person?

Do you have any memories that flood in from the scents and aromas that you gather here?

Does it smell like leather or does it smell like fresh air or aromatherapy?

And might you sit with the aromas that fill you here and what they bring to you.

And might you find a place to sit in this place,

This space of your Akashic Records,

And simply be in this space.

As if you are meditating in this space of your Akashic Records,

Softening your heart,

Softening your energy centers from the top of your head,

Your third eye,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral,

Your root.

Softening in this space of your Akashic Records.

And notice what you know here,

What is here to be known by you.

Might you take notice of how you feel here,

What is here to be known by you.

Might you take notice of how you feel here.

Do you feel sad,

Calm,

Happy,

Anxious?

What do you feel here?

What is your heart open to here?

For the next few minutes,

I'm inviting you to explore this space of yours with all of your senses,

To find something in this space of your Akashic Records that is curious to you and simply follow it.

Follow it and trust that you are safe here.

This space of your Akashic Records is always available to you,

It is always here,

Though it may change,

Elements of it may change,

The whole space may change.

And that's okay,

But everything has meaning in this space.

There's so much to gather and learn in this space.

This was simply a beginning,

An introduction to your Akashic space.

And know that you can come back here at any time.

For now,

We're going to leave this space.

You might want to find the guide who brought you here to bring you back,

Or you might simply want to deepen your breath,

Starting to come back to this body here,

Inhaling and exhaling through the mouth.

A little deeper,

Inhaling,

Opening your mouth and exhaling.

And even deeper still,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Opening your mouth and sighing out with a bit of sound.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers,

Fluttering your eyes open without moving your body and just looking around at the space that you're in.

Maybe find the color white or the color red somewhere in your space.

Look at the shapes around you.

And when you feel ready,

You can of course sit up.

You might want to get a journal and write about what you found in your Akashic record space.

You also might want to write any questions that came up.

So I feel honored to walk you through this beautiful space.

I hope that you come back again and again to this space because it holds so much beautiful knowledge for you,

And everything has meaning there,

Everything.
