Hello beautiful soul.

As you prepare yourself to settle into bed for a restful and peaceful sleep,

I invite you to take a breath in the present moment.

Taking a breath into your body and receiving and feeling the presence of your beautiful heart.

Breathing into this moment right now and as you do so knowing that you have done the best you can today and that with each breath you can let go of the day and know that all is well.

All is well.

And as you settle yourself asleep and your head softly touches the pillow,

Notice your mind relaxing and letting go into this support and your body being received by the holding and support of your bed and also the love and care and tenderness that surrounds you always.

And as you relax into this moment and settle more and more fully into your bed and into yourself,

Notice the space,

The ease and the gentleness as you begin to soften and relax into sleep towards a beautiful,

Nourishing and peaceful sleep.
