Welcome to this listening practice, a beautiful opportunity to sit in stillness and tune into the inner wisdom that resides within you. As you settle into this space, I will offer a few guiding questions to help facilitate your reflection, but remember, you can always extend your practice beyond these prompts. This session is about creating a sacred space for you to hear the messages that arise, guiding you toward alignment with your highest path. Welcome.

In this spiritual guided session,

We'll tune in to where Source is guiding you,

Helping you align with the best version of yourself.

Source can be whatever resonates with your belief system,

Whether that's God,

Spirit guides,

The universe,

Or your higher self.

Let's take a moment to settle into stillness,

Allowing ourselves to listen deeply to the guidance that flows from within.

I'll ask a few questions,

And you can simply observe the natural responses that arise in your mind without forcing or guiding your thoughts.

Now,

Let's gently awaken each of your senses.

Start with your sense of sight.

With your eyes open,

Take a moment to look around.

Notice the details in your environment that you may not normally pay attention to.

Gently close your eyes and turn off the sense of sight.

Shift your focus to your sense of hearing.

With your eyes closed,

Listen to the sounds around you,

Whether it's your breath,

Soft noises in the room,

Or the gentle hum of silence.

Let the sense of hearing fade.

Next,

Bring your awareness to your sense of smell.

Take a deep breath in.

Notice any scents in the air,

And release your focus on smell.

Now,

Focus on your sense of taste.

Notice the natural taste in your mouth,

However faint it may be,

And let this sense quiet down as well.

Finally,

Tune into your sense of touch.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Anything touching you,

And the temperature of the air on your skin.

Allow the sense to relax as you turn inward.

Let settle into this stillness.

Begin to tap into your higher self,

The part of you that is wise and deeply connected.

Visualize this higher version of you,

Noticing how they radiate kindness and calm confidence.

Now we're ready to begin.

As we dive into this session,

I invite you to listen attentively,

Allowing your thoughts to flow without any effort to guide them.

Simply let the answers to the following questions emerge naturally from within you.

When you sit in stillness,

What are the first thoughts that arise within you?

Now,

Take a moment to reflect on all the themes that have emerged.

Can you identify a bigger picture that connects all of them?

And just listen.

Notice if any guiding messages arise,

Offering you direction as you move forward.

And feel free to continue this internal conversation by pausing this track.

If you're ready to move forward,

Let's begin to integrate what we've heard today into our lives.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for these insights you received,

And fully absorb what you wish to carry with you from this session.

Now,

Let's gently awaken the senses and return to the present.

First,

Bring your awareness back to your sense of touch.

What do you feel around you?

Next,

Tune in to the sounds in your environment.

Notice your sense of smell,

Taking a nice,

Deep breath.

Do you notice anything with your sense of taste?

Finally,

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Take in the light and the details of your surroundings.

Begin to gently move your body,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch your arms and legs,

And feel yourself becoming fully present.

Welcome back.

Take a moment to appreciate yourself for dedicating this time to connect with your inner wisdom.

By tuning in to your senses and listening,

You've nurtured a powerful connection with the best version of yourself.

As you move forward with your day,

Carry this sense of peace and clarity with you.

Trust in your ability to navigate whatever comes your way.

Every small action builds the path to your greatest self.

Embrace this journey with gratitude and confidence,

Knowing that you are in alignment with your highest path.
