Step beyond the surface of thought and into the depths of your subconscious with this guided breathwork journey. Using a three-part breath—belly, chest, exhale—you’ll unlock suppressed emotions, release stored tension, and access deeper states of awareness. The first few minutes may challenge you, but as you surrender, the breath begins to breathe you. If sensations become intense, simply slow down and breathe through the nose to regulate. This is a space for release, for discovery, for transformation. Trust the process. Trust your breath. Your subconscious is waiting.

It's time to close your eyes and let everything else fade away.

For this session,

We'll be using a three-part breath,

Breathing in and out through the mouth,

Breathing into the belly,

Into the chest,

And then exhaling the breath out.

Again,

Belly,

Chest,

Out,

Belly,

Chest,

Out.

The first five minutes of this will be the most difficult.

Your mind may resist,

Your body may resist,

You may have physical discomfort,

Racing thoughts.

Stay with it,

And soon the breath will begin to breathe you.

This will go from breath work to breath play.

If anything feels too intense,

Simply slow the breathing down,

Breathing gently in and out through your nose to regulate.

Whatever comes up,

Allow it.

Let the breath take you deeper,

Deeper into the subconscious mind,

And trust the process,

My friend.

You're capable of doing far more than you think you can.

And remember,

Above all else,

Have fun,

Feel the music,

And trust your body.

We will begin in three,

Two,

One.

We will exhale in three,

Two,

One.

Now take a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Filling up all the way.

Taking a few normal breaths.

We will begin in three,

Two,

One.

We will begin our final round in three,

Two,

One.

Taking a nice deep breath in through the mouth,

Filling up all the way.

We will exhale the breath in three,

Two,

One.

Let it all go,

My friend.

Let your breath slow,

Naturally,

Effortlessly.

No need to control it now.

Just observe.

Feel the stillness that remains.

Whatever rose up for you in this journey,

Trust that it moved exactly as it needed to.

No judgment,

No resistance,

Just presence.

Take another deep breath and sigh it out.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Feel the weight of yourself resting here and now.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and carry the stillness with you.

The breath is always here,

Whenever you need it.

Blessed be my friend.
