Stillness is often misunderstood as doing nothing. But in healing, stillness is where awareness returns - where the nervous system settles, and the body finally feels safe enough to speak. This guided meditation is an invitation to reconnect with yourself - not by doing, striving, or fixing, but by listening. Through gentle breath awareness, subtle body cues, and spacious stillness, you’re guided into a state of rest where the body can soften, release, and remember its own capacity to heal. There is nothing to achieve here. Nothing to solve. Only an opportunity to arrive exactly as you are.
