Take a deep breath in and let it move all the way down and out through the soles of your feet as you exhale.
Another big belly breath full filling your whole being with this new fresh air and exhaling out all the old that doesn't serve you in this moment.
One more big belly breath full like that slowing your body down giving yourself a moment of pause and exhaling.
Notice even with these three breaths if there's any shift in your body in this moment.
If you want you can do three more big breaths like that again or just come into your natural rhythm of breath.
Either way giving yourself the space to slow down to catch up with yourself.
Remember that even in the busyness and fullness that life can be we can always give ourselves a moment to pause and to breathe to reconnect back in.
And as you breathe you allow yourself to relax just a little bit more to surrendering into this moment and in what's happening right now.
And as you breathe and do this I want you to start to become aware of your heart dropping down into her just feeling what's present here.
Notice how it feels to sit with your heart in this space.
Taking one more deep breath like this and as you exhale dropping another layer deeper down into your heart.
Noticing how this layer feels asking what's present here.
Continuing to breathe in this space letting yourself just be with your heart at this layer.
What does she feel like?
What is present here?
And taking one more deep breath in giving gratitude to this layer of your heart.
And if you can you're gonna drop one more layer deeper down into her.
Noticing what's present here and how you feel in this space.
And as you feel ready just giving gratitude to every layer of your heart to all the layers of wisdom that she carries.
