For this one,
I'm going to invite you to stand up.
So starting by feeling your feet rooted on the ground and connecting in with your breath.
Extending the exhales,
Allowing the system to down regulate into a parasympathetic state.
Today we'll be aligning,
Creating coherence between the three wisdom centers,
The brain,
The heart,
And the womb.
We'll be doing this somatically.
So using the body.
Continuing to breathe.
Continuing to breathe.
And as you do,
Invite you to start a body scan from the crown of your head,
Making your way down.
Just noticing any mental energy that's present.
Any thoughts,
Your nature of mind,
Your thoughts moving quickly or slowly.
They rooted in the past,
The present,
The future.
Noticing what's there.
Trying to change or fix anything.
And from this place of awareness,
I'll invite you to bring your hands to your head.
So you can put one hand in front of your forehead and one at the back of your head.
And just lovingly bring a little touch in.
Maybe a little bit of movement of the skin and the scalp.
Feeling the warmth of your hands,
Making contact.
And starting to,
Once you've released your hands,
Bring a little bit of a shake back and forth to your head.
So you're orienting around the center line.
And as you shake your head from side to side,
Invite you to start tapping above your eyebrows.
And just lightly bringing that bilateral stimulation.
And then transitioning to stimulation at the center line.
Bringing two fingers to the point between your eyebrows and circulating in a clockwise direction there.
And from here you can start nodding your head yes.
Yes.
Continuing to breathe with those elongated exhales.
And then pausing.
Notice any vibrations,
Any shift in your quality of mind,
Speed of your thoughts.
And moving downwards from the head through the neck,
The shoulders and into your heart center.
Can you imagine breathing into this heart center.
Each inhale drawing breath in.
Each exhale releasing breath from heart center.
And then I invite you to bring your left hand to your heart.
Connect in with your heartbeat.
Noticing any energy in motion or stagnation,
The emotions that are present on your heart.
And not trying to change anything just noticing what's there as we tune in.
Noticing also the feeling associated with this emotion.
Is it heavy?
Is it light?
Is it fluttery?
Is it expansive?
Is it contractive?
Taking in all the detail,
Maybe naming the emotion to yourself.
And then I invite you to start taking some barrel rolls with the chest.
And tapping bilaterally under the left and right collarbones.
And then rotating the chest barrel rolls in the second direction.
Continuing to tap under the collarbones,
Continuing with the elongated exhales.
And then pausing.
Breathing in.
And tapping in center.
Breathing there.
Noticing any shift.
Orienting to the center of the center of the center.
Breathing there.
From the center most point of your being.
Starting to imagine an energy field of white light extending outwards in all directions.
Continuing to tap,
Continuing to breathe.
Watch as it grows.
It's your heart's electromagnetic field.
Always there,
We're just bringing consciousness to it.
And then allow your awareness to drop deeper into your solar plexus.
Down into your womb.
Just below the navel.
And if you don't have a physical room,
That's okay.
Everybody has the blueprint of the womb.
This hara center of creation.
So connecting in.
Maybe bringing your hands onto your low belly.
Breathing in there.
Noticing your belly rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
And starting to circulate your hips.
Continuing to breathe with the elongated exhales.
Drawing big circles.
And transitioning to the other direction.
And you can bring in that tapping.
Again,
On both sides,
Each hip bone.
And pausing.
And breathing.
And bringing your hands into a downward facing triangle,
Tips of the thumbs,
Tips of the index fingers meet.
Breathing in the center of your womb space of your hara.
Connecting with the infinite power of creativity.
Creating a spaciousness for all of your desires to land in.
Infinite possibility.
And consciously calling forth a desire that you have for yourself.
Breathing into that,
Allowing it to drop from your mind.
To your heart,
Connecting with unconditional love.
And rooting down into your womb.
And once you feel that desire land fully in your body,
I invite you to allow your awareness to float down your legs,
The knees,
The ankles,
All the way to the soles of your feet.
Feeling,
Once again,
The soles of your feet on the ground.
And extending awareness to your roots.
Connecting you with the earth.
Drawing those roots down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Until I anchor in to the earth's center.
When you feel that connection drawing this earth energy back up,
Up your roots up the soles of your feet up your legs to rest and meet in your hara,
Your womb.
Your desires are grounded in a physical reality.
From this place of connection,
Bringing to mind,
Bringing to heart,
Bringing to womb,
One action that you can take to step forward with this desire.
Imagine the feeling of stepping forward with this one action step that you've received.
Allowing that energy,
That impulse,
That mobilization to build in your nervous system,
In your body.
Imagining it in your mind,
Magnetizing it in your heart.
Once this full body impulse is calibrated,
Physically take a step forward.
This is you entering into the reality of your creation.
