Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Eva Payne.

Today we are focusing on abundance and releasing the stress that keeps us from being in that abundant state.

I invite you to take a few deep breaths in and get comfortable,

Relax,

Relax,

Slow deep breath,

Slow exhale,

Continuing this inhale and this exhale,

Dr.

Alan Watkins has a few beautiful TED Talks out there and he mentions how six deep breaths,

Breathing in,

Holding for just a second at the top of the breath,

Letting go,

Holding for just a second at the bottom of the breath,

And doing that six times will regulate your nervous system,

That slow deep breath can bring you back to the present moment,

Can lower the stress and anxiety inside,

Can bring in clarity,

Thank you,

Good job breathing,

Now let's tap into that abundance,

Continuing this breath,

Lengthening the breath,

I invite you to imagine in your hand there is a seed,

A beautiful,

Beautiful seed,

And this seed contains all your dreams,

Everything you could ever want or ever desire,

What are the feelings that you want to feel in your life,

Breathing those feelings into this seed and seeing the seed start to transform,

What color is it or colors,

What does it feel like,

Holding a seed of all of your deepest heart's desires,

Now let's find a place to plant this seed inside of our hearts,

Imagine stepping into your heart,

This very sacred space,

Where would you like to plant this seed,

Where does it get to live,

I invite you to imagine that your breath digs the hole,

As you breathe in,

Space is revealed,

Placing the seed into the space and as you exhale,

Your exhale breath seals it in,

Nourishes it,

Feeds it,

Your breath is the water,

Is the desire,

Beautiful job,

What happens as you continue to breathe,

The seed begins to grow,

Grow,

What kind of a seed did you plant,

What is your tree of desire look like,

What fruits does it bear,

What beauty does it hold,

What simplicity does it contain,

Slow deep breath,

Thank you for being here,

For nurturing and watering your seed,

Your deepest heart's desires,

What's it going to take to execute,

It will require an action step from you to create this beautiful masterpiece,

You will need to plant the seed,

What is the most loving next step you can take,

That is all you ever need to do,

Is look to the next most loving step,

Just the next one,

Finishing the sentence in your mind,

I feel,

I am grateful for,

I can,

I appreciate you being here,

Together we flow,

Thank you.
