Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Eva Payne,

And I want to thank you for being here today.

I invite you to get comfortable and take a few deep breaths,

Grounding into the present moment,

Following that breath all the way in and all the way out.

What is your intention for this meditation?

Breathing that in and letting go of anything that holds you back.

Breathing in that intention,

Allowing it to merge with every fiber of your being.

And with every single exhale,

You make room for more of what it is you do want,

Giving back to nature,

That which no longer serves you,

That which you no longer need.

Just letting it go.

Beautiful.

I'm going to invite you to enter into your heart space.

What does your heart feel like?

Now,

Your heart is a very sacred space,

So as you use your imagination and you look around this heart,

It can look like anything,

Anything at all.

This is your very sacred space.

As you take a breath in,

You breathe life into this space,

And as you exhale,

You make room.

You make room.

Somewhere we hold shame.

Where do you keep and store these emotions?

Let's pretend they live somewhere inside this heart.

Where would they live?

It's a safe space.

If you're not already there,

Let's move to this space.

And as the observer,

Simply look around.

What's happening?

What does this space in your heart look like?

What are the stories you're telling yourself about yourself around shame and guilt?

What are the stories you are telling yourself?

I invite you to find one story.

No judgment.

No judgment.

Just whatever comes up for you.

Pick one moment in time when you felt shame or guilt or fear or anger.

Pull that forward.

I invite you to imagine that you are standing across from the version of you who is fully embodied in that story.

And as you look at this version of you,

What do they look like?

What do they feel like?

What if you could see around them a color,

A frequency?

What would be radiating off of this version of you that is embodied of the story that brought in the shame,

The guilt,

The anger,

The fear?

Take a deep breath.

This version of you did the very,

Very best that they could have given the circumstances,

Given what they knew at the time,

Given their capacity to hold it all.

There's a Hawaiian forgiveness prayer.

It's called Ho'oponopono.

It means to bring things back into balance.

I invite you to choose in to Ho'oponopono this version of you.

Imagine holding your hands out and this other version of you steps in closer,

Puts their hand in yours.

Just feel the energy.

You are loved.

You are safe.

You are grounded.

You are sending that to this other version of you that feels so much.

I invite you to make eye contact with yourself.

What do your eyes look like?

In an open mind,

You say to this version of you,

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Take a deep breath in.

Does this other version of you seem a little lighter?

Perhaps they'd like to move to another place in this new state.

This version of you would like to rest.

Can you imagine a beautiful rest?

Let's create this space.

Thank you.

Thank you for taking care of yourself.

It is not easy being here.

Together,

We flow.

Have a beautiful day,

My friend.
