Just Like Me: Developing Compassion
One of the benefits of compassion is that it helps us feel connected with others and cope with feelings such as anger or frustration in a healthy way. It also helps us become resilient. The following exercise can help you develop compassion for all human beings, including difficult people in your life, people who have hurt you. It is based on a meditation created by Mirabay Bush and Ram Dass, and it's called "Someone Just Like Me."
