Welcome,

My name is Gio from Elemental Rhythm and I'm about to lead you on the Nessie Gomez Darkness to Light Breakthrough Experience.

So just sit back,

Relax,

Find a comfortable position,

A pillow or on a bed or laying down,

And focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Full deep inhales,

Deep into your diaphragm,

Up into your chest,

And then just completely letting go.

I'll guide you through the whole process.

Just be aware of anything that may come up.

You may feel some body sensations,

You may have visions or tingling or you name it,

And that's because of the way you're breathing.

So if you want that to slow down,

Just slow down your breathing and come back to center.

So before we get started,

I invite you to think of something you're grateful for today.

And let's just try to set an intention,

An intention to take into the experience and just do your best.

Trust yourself.

Here we go.

I'm just gonna start some full deep slow inhales,

Following our breath with our awareness.

We're gonna move into an earth breath.

It's gonna be in for four counts and out for four counts.

Here we go.

In,

Full breaths.

Just to let go and surrender.

Remember deep into your belly,

Up into the chest.

Full exhale.

That's it.

You're doing great.

We're gonna move into water here.

Pick it up a little bit.

Follow my lead.

Following your breath inward with your awareness through your nose,

Deep into your belly,

Up into your chest.

In and out.

Feel the rhythm of the music.

Just connecting with your breath.

Letting go of the mind.

Deeper and deeper.

Each breath.

Follow each breath inward.

You're doing great.

Keep it up.

Keep breathing.

Relax your jaw on the exhales all the way in.

We're gonna pick it up one more time here.

And just hold it.

When you exhale,

You can hum through your nose,

The modified Burmari breath.

Again,

You can hum through the nose here.

Feeling that buzz.

Great job.

First round.

Let's bring our breathing right back down to an earth breath.

Slow,

Deep breath.

On the inhale,

Just feel your body expand.

As you exhale,

Settle in a little deeper.

Whenever you feel tension in your body,

You can breathe into that.

Let's really focus on letting go this next round.

Surrendering.

Each exhale,

Letting go of what no longer serves us.

Just breathing into your heart.

Trusting in yourself.

Start with the earth breath here.

It's a long inhale.

Let's pick it up here.

In two.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Good.

Deeper and deeper.

Each inhale.

Feel your body coming to life.

Feel the vibration running through you.

Brushing up your body as you exhale.

Letting it go.

Crashing back down.

We're coming up to a hold here.

We're going to take a deep inhale all the way in.

Hold it right at the top.

Squeeze from your pelvic floor.

Feel the energy rising up your spine to your crown.

Tingling at the top of your head.

When we let go,

We're going to exhale with a humming sound.

The Burmari breath.

Feel the buzz moving through your face.

Keep holding.

Just coming back to our breath here.

Full,

Deep earth breath.

Breathing right from the bottom of our feet right through the top of our head.

Feeling our belly expand.

A little stretch up in the ribs.

All the way up to the shoulders.

And slowly letting go.

Feeling yourself just melting away.

Again,

As we go into this last song,

Just focus on your intention.

Again,

Just trusting yourself.

Follow your breath.

Go back to the earth breath.

So in and out.

Feel the stretch in your belly up into your chest as you inhale.

Going deep.

Full inhale.

Sharp inhalation.

Almost there.

Keep breathing.

Don't give up now.

Listen to yourself.

Trust yourself.

You're powerful.

Strong.

Deeper and deeper each breath.

We're moving into the air breath here.

A little bit faster.

You know what to do.

Feeling the energy rising up your spine to your crown.

Remember,

When you're ready to let go,

We're going to hum through our nose.

Slowing your breathing right down.

I invite you now to think of or remember a moment in your life where you experienced an immense amount of gratitude.

Think of a moment you experienced an incredible amount of gratitude and go there.

As if it is happening right now.

Who's there with you?

Sights and sounds.

The colors.

The smells.

Try to be as present as possible and allow time to completely stop in this moment.

And bring your awareness to the feeling of gratitude.

What does the feeling of gratitude feel like in your body?

With your awareness,

Go to that feeling.

Slowly bring it up to the center of your chest.

And on your next inhalation,

Breathing in through your heart,

This feeling of gratitude,

Allowing it to expand through every cell in your body.

Feeling this vibration,

This high vibration,

This powerful energy that can heal,

That can create,

That can manifest.

Just breathe it all in.

You deserve it.

You're worthy.

As you feel this feeling and breathe it in,

I invite you to bring your awareness to a time when you're a young child or maybe a challenging moment in your life.

The first version of you that comes into your awareness,

Go to them.

Stare directly into your own eyes.

And just allow yourself to be present in this moment and hold space for yourself.

Is there something you can give yourself that you couldn't then?

Is there something you need to say or to hear or to share or to receive?

Just stay in your heart.

As you stare into your own eyes,

Feel this connection with yourself deepen.

That you is still you.

And open up your heart to yourself.

As you feel this connection deepen,

I invite you to share a few words,

But more important than the actual words themselves,

Is the feeling you feel in your heart as you say them.

Let's take a few more deep breaths in.

Say thank you.

Thank you for not giving up.

Thank you for all the ups and downs and challenges.

Thank you for the growth.

Thank you for growing through the hard times and the good times.

Thank you.

I'm sorry for being so hard on myself.

Ask yourself for forgiveness.

As we ask ourselves for forgiveness,

Only we can forgive ourselves.

Breathe in that feeling of self-forgiveness.

Allow yourself,

Give yourself permission to let go of any pain,

Guilt,

Shame,

Anger,

Fear that you carry to yourself because of yourself.

And finally,

Staring into your own eyes,

Breathing deeply into your own soul.
