Welcome,

My name is Zeal and I'll be guiding you through this meditation on letting go.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting down or lying down,

Close your eyes gently and take a slow deep breath in and release.

Allow your body to settle into the support beneath you.

Bring your focus to your breath.

Observe its natural rhythm.

With each inhale,

Invite calm and clarity.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing stress,

Worry or heaviness.

Now,

Picture a gentle river flowing through your mind.

See your thoughts,

Worries and distractions drift into this river.

Watch them float away effortlessly,

Carried downstream,

Leaving you lighter and free.

As you continue to breathe,

Silently repeat,

I let go of what I cannot control.

I welcome peace and ease.

Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders with each exhale,

Making space for calm and clarity.

As we come to the close of this meditation,

Take a deep breath in and slowly release.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carry this sense of lightness and ease with you throughout your day,
