Thank you for joining me in this sleep session.

So to start,

Just go ahead and make yourself comfortable.

Settling in peacefully and make sure your surroundings are quiet.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

And just take a couple of deep breaths.

Breathing in deeply through the nose.

And breathing out slowly and gently through the mouth.

Breathing in fully.

And breathing out slowly.

Letting it all go.

And as you breathe at a pace that's just right for you at this time.

I'd like you to imagine as you breathe in,

You're breathing in calmness and relaxation.

And as you breathe out,

You're breathing out any stress.

Any worries,

Any tension.

Breathing slowly at a pace that's just right for you.

Breathing in calmness.

Breathing out stress.

And as you become aware of the gentle in and out of your breath,

Allow your body to relax.

With each breath out,

Say to yourself in your mind.

Relaxing now.

And with each breath in,

Say to yourself.

And easy.

And easy.

And easy.

And continue breathing gently.

In.

Allowing the natural pattern of breathing to take over.

As when you breathe in.

Think calm.

And when you breathe out.

Relaxing now.

And continue that way.

Breathing gently.

Enjoying the feeling,

The feeling of letting go.

And your mind may drift here and there.

And that's okay.

And if any day-to-day thoughts come into your mind,

You can just stack them off in a corner somewhere.

As they're not important now.

Just allow the breathing to continue.

Calm.

Calm.

Easy.

Relaxing it all away.

And it's easy to learn to relax like this.

Focusing on your breathing.

With each breath out.

Your body relaxes more.

With each breath out.

Saying to yourself.

Relaxing now.

And each breath in.

And easy.

And feel your body relaxing.

Easing.

Allowing your mind to drift away.

Feel your body sinking down now.

And forget about relaxing now.

And now visualize a peaceful place.

Picture yourself sitting on a swing.

Looking over a beautiful green valley.

And it's just you sitting on the swing.

Gazing out at the beautiful scene in front of you.

And the swing is swaying gently.

And you are mostly still just feeling the gentle sway of the swing.

This swing is very comfortable.

It has a high back so you can lean your head back.

And rest your neck.

Your feet don't quite reach the ground.

And so you feel as if.

You're floating.

Continue to breathe calmly.

With each breath.

Breathing in the fresh.

Clear air.

And as you continue to rest in this swing.

You notice there is a stream nearby.

There are large flowering trees.

Along the banks of the stream.

You notice some of the trees.

Closest to the stream.

Are reflected in the water.

Just like a mirror.

And when the wind blows gently.

You can see the branches.

Of the blossoming trees by the stream sway gracefully.

You can hear the soothing sound of the stream.

And it relaxes you.

Even deeper.

And the water in the stream.

Trickles gently.

As it travels over rocks and branches.

So peaceful.

So relaxed.

You inhale the fresh air.

And slowly breathe out.

Feeling more.

Gently swaying back.

And continue to breathe gently here.

You are calm and peaceful.

Breathing in softly.

And breathing out gently.

And you can see the sun is starting.

To lower in the sky.

But it's still a deep.

Golden yellow.

You breathe in again.

Taking in the fresh.

Clear outdoor air.

And as you breathe out.

Releasing any remaining tension.

Watching the sun.

Slowly lower towards the horizon.

Feeling calm.

Feeling at peace.

Swaying gently.

Watching the sunset.

Listening to the trickling of the stream nearby.

Everything is just right.

Just right for rest.

And just right for sleep.
