Greetings.

Take a deep breath in and slowly release.

Allow yourself to settle,

Letting your body rest in stillness.

Feel the weight of your body being supported by the chair,

The floor,

Or whatever is holding you in this moment.

Now gently shift your attention inward.

Notice the sensations within you,

Any emotions or thoughts present.

There's no need to judge,

Just observe.

Imagine these thoughts and emotions are guests arriving at your doorstep.

Some may be loud,

Others quiet.

Some bring concerns,

Others bring memories.

Acknowledge them.

I see you,

I hear you,

But you are not them.

Now,

Picture a steady warm light within you.

This light represents your inner steadiness,

The part of you that remains calm,

Clear,

And open.

As you breathe in,

This light grows,

Creating space between you and anything that feels overwhelming.

With every breath,

You gain clarity and perspective.

Feel this warmth move through you,

Stabilizing your breath,

Your heartbeat,

Your presence in this moment.

With each inhale,

You reclaim your calm.

With each exhale,

You release what no longer serves you.

Silently or loud,

Repeat,

I am present and steady.

I can witness my thoughts without being consumed by them.

I trust my ability to navigate this moment.

As this meditation nears its close,

Bring your awareness back to your physical body.

More centered now,

You've reclaimed your calm.

Gently move your fingers,

Shift your shoulders,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of steadiness with you.
