This coherence meditation is designed to help heal the root of impostor syndrome and other forms of self-doubt by cultivating a felt, embodied sense of being enough. Through grounding, soft opening, and attunement to an inner sound or frequency of enoughness, the practice guides your body, breath, and awareness into alignment—moving beyond intellectual reassurance and into lived experience. Rather than trying to fix, prove, or improve yourself, you’re invited to listen inwardly and remember what your body already knows. This meditation offers a quiet, restorative way to release the pressure to earn worthiness and to reconnect with a steady sense of wholeness you can return to in daily life. Background music is by Liborio Conti.

Transcript

Welcome to this guided meditation to support a felt sense of being enough,

Brought to you by Create the Calm.

Begin by settling into a position that allows your body to rest naturally.

Let yourself be supported.

Let your spine lengthen without effort,

And let your shoulders soften.

Take a slow breath in,

And let it out fully.

Notice where your body meets the surface beneath you,

The steadiness of that contact,

The fact that something is holding you.

Allow your breath to move naturally,

Without trying to control it,

Simply notice your body breathing.

Bring your awareness to the center of your body,

The space of your heart and your abdomen.

You might imagine this area gently opening like a flower unfolding.

Not all at once,

Just enough.

Allow yourself to open exactly as you are today.

Nothing needs to be fixed,

Nothing needs to be improved.

If you notice resistance,

That's welcome too.

Opening can be small,

Quiet or partial.

However it arrives is enough.

From this open grounded place,

Gently consider this.

If the sense of I am enough had a sound,

What would that sound be?

You don't need to think your way into this,

Simply listen and notice what your body recognizes.

Let the sound arise on its own.

It may feel like a tone,

A hum,

A vibration or something difficult to name.

It may feel low and steady,

It could feel soft and warm or clear and spacious.

There's no right sound,

There's only the one that feels true for you.

Notice where you feel this sound most clearly in your body,

Perhaps in your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your throat or throughout your whole being.

Allow this sound,

This frequency of enoughness to resonate gently through you,

As if your body is remembering something it already knows.

Now simply stay with it,

Holding it with attention rather than effort.

Let your body,

Your breath and awareness align around this frequency of enoughness.

If the sound shifts,

Fades or feels harder to sense,

Allow that,

Rest.

And when you're ready,

Gently return to listening again.

Each rest and return is part of the practice,

Nothing has gone wrong.

Notice what becomes quiet when you're attuned to yourself in this way,

And notice what's no longer required.

There's nothing to prove here,

Nothing to earn.

Rest here for a few moments,

Allowing your body to memorize this feeling,

This resonance,

This sense of being enough.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the room around you.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Gently move your fingers and your toes.

Take one slow breath in,

And let it out.

As you return to your day,

Remember that you can come back to this anytime,

By pausing,

Listening inwardly,

And allowing your body to align again with the sound of enoughness.
