Hello,
Welcome to this energetic reset guided breath work meditation session.
My name is Connie and I will be guiding you on this journey through the breath and through your body so that you can reset your energy,
Reset your mood,
Stabilize your nervous system and be prepared for whatever lies ahead of you today.
If you haven't already,
Find a space where you will be uninterrupted,
Where you can focus on your breath in a peaceful state.
You can do this meditation lying down on your back or in an upright seated position.
So take some time now to just get comfortable and if it feels right for you,
I invite you to close your eyes as we first just become aware of our breath in its natural state in this moment right now.
Follow the breath as it moves in the body and out the body,
Paying attention if there's any spots where it seems to get stuck,
If it feels shallow or rushed,
Whatever comes up just allow the breath to be and continue following this breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Now we'll start by taking three cleansing deep breaths together.
We'll breathe deep into our bellies in through the nose and out through the mouth with an audible sigh on the exhale.
Here we go,
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth and again a nice deep clearing breath all the way in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Letting a little sigh out.
One last breath now,
In through the nose nice and deep and out through the mouth with an audible sigh.
For this breath work session we'll be engaging in three rounds of circular breath with extended exhales and holds in between each round.
Right now you can just allow your breath to be at its normal state and its normal rhythm and I'll demonstrate for you what this breath sounds like.
We'll be doing circular breath which means no pause between the inhale and the exhale.
We'll be breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth and we'll do 20 breaths on each round and as we exhale on the last breath we'll hold at the bottom of the exhale.
It sounds like this.
So get ready as we start with round one of our circular breath.
I'll breathe with you and guide you through the entire process so take some time now to just breathe normal and get ready to breathe deep in through the nose in three,
Two,
One.
In,
Out.
In,
Out.
In,
Out.
In,
Out.
Keep it circular.
Follow the breath in the nose and out the mouth.
In,
Out.
In,
Out.
Just like that.
No force.
Just follow the breath.
Allow it to remain circular.
Continue breathing.
Five more.
Four more.
Three,
Two.
Last one.
All the way in and let it all out.
Hold on the exhale here.
Allow your body to do what it is meant to do.
Get ready.
Continue holding.
We're going to take a nice recovery breath here in three,
Two,
One and breathe in through the nose and hold at the top.
Imagine a ball of light flowing up your straight spine from the base of your spine to the top of your head as you continue holding and get ready to exhale with a sigh.
Perfect.
Now take a few breaths at your normal pace here and we'll get ready for the second round in three,
Two,
One.
We'll breathe in and out.
In and out.
In the nose and out the mouth.
Just follow the breath.
Allow it to be circular.
Continue that breath.
No force.
Just deep in the nose and out the mouth.
Allow there to be a sigh at the end of that exhale.
We're almost there.
Coming to the end of this round with five more.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four and the last one.
Breathe all the way in and let it all out.
Hold the breath here as you relax into this meditative state and feel the body buzzing with energy.
You might feel tingly.
You might feel temperature changes.
These are all normal.
Don't feel like you have to force yourself to hold.
If you need to breathe,
Breathe.
But if you can continue holding,
Do so as we get ready for a recovery breath in three,
Two,
One.
Take a nice deep breath in the nose.
Hold at the top.
Feel that ball of energy blowing up the spine.
Hold at the top here and let it out with a nice sigh.
Perfect.
One more round.
You're doing great.
Allow yourself to just breathe normally for a few moments here as we prepare for the third round.
And we'll start here with the circular breath in three,
Two,
One.
As we breathe in,
Out,
In,
Out,

Out,
Allow yourself to go at a pace that works for you.
Flow with the breath.
Allow it to be circular.
Out,
In,
Out.
Continue that breath.
We're almost there.
You're doing amazing.
Got just a few more here.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And take a deep breath in all the way out.
Hold here on the exhale.
Trust in your body as it rebuilds its energy and resets itself in this magical meditative state.
You can feel the energy flowing through your body here.
Trust in yourself.
Remember,
You don't need to force here.
Hold for as long as feels good.
But if you can continue to hold,
Do so.
And we'll get ready for a recovery breath in three,
Two,
One.
Take a deep breath in the nose.
Hold at the top here.
Feel that ball of energy flowing from the base of your spine to the top of your head as you continue holding your breath here in this state.
And let go in three,
Two,
One.
Exhale here with a sigh.
Hold as long as feels good to you and allow the breath to return to its normal state.
Feel the energy and the flow in this meditative state.
Know that your body is now ready to take on whatever comes next for the day.
Feel yourself in this flow state.
Enjoy this state.
You can begin to move your fingers and your toes.
Open your eyes if you haven't already.
